Kurze Vorgeschichte: Ich habe im oktober 2020 meine Lehrabschlussprüfung abgelegt soweit so gut dann habe ich bemerkt das Mein Name falsch geschrieben wurde habe es gemeldet und die Frau beim Empfang hat mir das Dokument weggenommen und hat sich geweigert Mir eine Kopie zu geben weil es eine Urkundenfälschung ist (Wer hat mir Wohl die Urkundenfälschung ausgehändigt ?) Sie hat gesagt dass das Zeugnis Eingeschrieben kommt was bis heute den Dezember 2020 nicht Passiert ist! Habe mich überall versucht zu erkundigen und keiner Kann mir Auskunft geben natürlich. Es schafft es keiner mir Auskunft zu geben !! Wie stellt sich die Wko vor dass ich mich bei einem Job bewerbe wenn ich kein Zeugnis habe? Danke dass ich momentan auf erfolgloser Arbeitsuche dank euch bin !! Falls ihr die Rezension liest bitte ich darum die Unfreundliche Dame beim Empfang zu wechseln Edit: Danke dass ich mal jemanden erreicht habe allerdings hilft es mir nicht weiter da die Zuständige Person erst I'm März 2021 (!!) Wieder erreichbar ist und mein Dokument unterschreiben kann (Zu blöd dass es Frau an der Leitung egal ist dass ich zu dem Zeitpunkt zum Heer einrücken muss und somit kein Dokument erhalte )Danke nochmals da ich dank euch probleme bei der Jobsuche habe und lasst diese Automatische Mail mit "Wir werden uns um ihr Anliegen kümmern" wenn ihr eh nichts macht. Ein Kleiner Tipp von mir: Wenn bei euch der Name beim Lap zeugnis falsch steht geht NICHT zur Wko und ändert den Namen weil da kann man Sicher sein dass ihr es erst nach nem Halben Jahr bekommt wenn sogar garnicht, da diese Personen nicht in der Lage sind ein brief eingeschrieben zu schicken I have never seen so much incompetence all at once !! This not only affects this department but several! Brief history: I took my final apprenticeship examination in October 2020 so far so well then I noticed that my name was misspelled and reported it and the woman at reception took the document away from me and refused to give me a copy because it was a forgery (who Has given me the forgery of the certificate?) She said that the certificate will be registered, which has not happened until December 2020! Tried to inquire everywhere and of course nobody can give me information. Nobody manages to give me information !! How does the Wko imagine that I apply for a job if I don't have a certificate? Thank you that I'm currently looking for a job without success, thanks to you guys !! If you read the review, I ask you to change the unfriendly lady at the reception Edit: Thank you for reaching someone, but it doesn't help me because the person responsible won't be available again until March 2021 (!!) and can sign my document (Too bad that the woman on the line doesn't care that me at the time I have to deploy to the army and thus do not receive a document) Thanks again because I have problems with the job search thanks to you and leave this automatic mail with "We will take care of your concerns" if you don't do anything anyway. A little tip from me: If your name is wrong in the lap certificate, DO NOT go to the Wko and change the name because you can be sure that you will only get it after half a year, if not at all, because these people are not able a letter must be sent by registered mail
