Meaningless, obsolete institution that obviously keeps itself financially afloat with dubious orders. Pity for some of the speakers.

Ich wahr 20 Jahre MA 48 Arbeiter die sollen sich bei minus 20 Grad von 3 Uhr früh - 17 Uhr aber ohne Auto keine Geschäfte oder WC in letzten Eck der Stadt Wien auf die Straße Stellen da würden sie bald das mundwerk halten
Talking only the blue of sky always crashes the computer and can only talk nonsense. I realize 20 years of MA 48 workers who are supposed to stand at minus 20 degrees from 3 o'clock in the morning - 17 o'clock but without a car, no shops or toilets in the last corner of the city of Vienna
