★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the Berliner Hütte for a total of 2 months over 3 years in order to complete my BSc and MSc research. It's an absoutley fantastic hut, in a breathtaking location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food in magnificent surroundings. The 3 hour walk from breitlahner helps to work up an appetite, and the food, although simple, is quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We where so excited at the end to be there after the 2,5hr hike saldy the staff was really rude and as we sat down they even asked us what the heck we gonna do here.
So we just had something to drink cause we didn't wanted to spend any more money there.
We where really disappointed in the staff. Just can't say anything about the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location, 2nd to none in the Zillertal Alps. However, management could be much better. Booked two night in advance, to find that only one night had been reserved and hut was fully booked. Had to improvise with mattress on floor for 2nd night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and luxurious hut ( compared to other huts encompassing Berliner Höhenweg trail). Good food , wide range of selection for Salat, and nice ambience. No vegetarian soup available though. Warm showers and comfortable sleeping place.
