It's nice that Bawag records the phone calls, unfortunately nobody picks up the phone and if someone accidentally picks up the receiver, you don't get even the simplest information and are asked to inquire at the branch. Great service, great customer support looks different.

if I didn't give any stars I would, I was personally in the Fileale last Friday Friday to prevent an account from being closed. I was explicitly told several times that there would be no account closure. Today, Wednesday, I'm at the savings and can not pay, embarrassing! Then I look at the app and see account blocked. An absolute shame and incompetence. Ridiculous this bank. Instead of making an entry, lie in the face of the customer just because you don't feel like working on Friday afternoon. That will now finally give a bank draft!

Since we live in the Graz area, I called before I went there to see if you could buy Croatian kunas worth EUR 500 in the branch. The lady on the phone checked and said it was okay, I don't need to reserve it, I can just do it go to the branch. Then I drove to Graz especially and in the branch it was said, they have no currency in stock, they would have to order it, I should go to the Sparkasse on the main square, there I can buy it in cash. Since I'm not a customer there, of course I had to pay commission. I am very disappointed with the bank because I called ahead of time to avoid such situations.

You can only experience something like that in this branch. Since we wanted to withdraw a higher amount of money, we inquired in advance whether it was necessary to register in advance. Since you cannot reach anyone by phone in this branch, we called the customer hotline in Vienna. There it was announced that it would be no problem to withdraw the desired amount without registering. Smaller branches in another federal state also announced this. Since the cash desk has only been open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. since 14.06.2021, we were only able to visit one branch in Graz at Joanneumring. After a 45-minute waiting period, we were informed that this amount of withdrawal requires advance notification. We referred to the statements from the customer hotline and the other branches. This was discreetly ignored. The answer to why nobody in the branch can be reached by phone was a defiant answer. It's just strange that the new cash desk times work the same across Austria, but everything else does not seem to be. This branch is probably unique. Perhaps one should also question the quality of the branch management. Customer-oriented looks different! But since mainly negative recessions can be found here, we were probably not an isolated case!

My report is that it is a joke that there is only one cash register and only open until 1pm. People stand up outside every time I come! Please open a second or third cash register! Old people in particular need ten minutes ....... I also noticed that the employees are completely overwhelmed! Please think about something! thanks

Can only write positive things: if you make an appointment in the branch, you will receive first-class advice! Since the branch has a lot of customers, it is better to make an appointment: it is really worth the effort. Very polite and competent boss. Employees very disciplined and really solution-oriented! There is a machine in the branch to easily deposit coins or banknotes into the account. The lady at the counter was also very nice.

I have never experienced worse service. Queuing in a queue of customers that is only known in backward Eastern Bloc countries. A little larger amounts withdraw only against written advance notice 4 hours of customer service apparently only one employee who looks after the customers
