Nachdem ich nach Kauf festgestellt habe, dass der Hosenbund in kürzester Zeit ausleiert, wollte ich die Hosen zurückgeben. Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises wurde verweigert. Ich konnte die Hosen lediglich umtauschen, was bei der mangelhaften Qualität natürlich keine tolle Option ist.
Die Kritik gilt nicht der freundlichen Verkäuferin, die lediglich gezwungen ist, die Vorgaben der Firma umzusetzen.
Watch out! If not satisfied no money back!
After I found out after buying that the waistband out in no time, I wanted to give the pants back. Refund of the purchase price was refused. I could only exchange the pants, which is of course not a great option given the lack of quality.
The criticism is not the friendly seller, which is only forced to implement the requirements of the company.
