★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We liked the history of the building and the connection to the family living there. It was outside of town but there was an easy walk into Kitzbuhel which lasted just 25 minutes. The breakfast was more traditional farmhouse but substantial none the less - the boiled eggs were cooked to perfection and the hens were definitely free range! The balcony from our room was sublime and every evening we would spend there looking out over the rural landscape.. Negative: Towels weren't great but minor in comparison to the positive aspects of our stay..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Breakfast is good. Fried or boiled egg, variety of sausage, cheese, ham, vegetables. Fresh and tasty. Very friendly hostess, nice and clean 600 year old (!!!) house, real country farm right next to Kitzbuhel.. Negative: It is not a disadvantage, but the information you have to know. Very nice place, but suitable only when you have a car. Without a car, it is too far to walk with skis to the lift, or to town..
