Und bezogen auf Google: Ein bisschen weniger "trotzige" Antworten auf negative Rezessionen wären sympatischer. Always happy there. Good selection, not as much as in the online shop, but you can always find something you are looking for. And in relation to Google: A little less "defiant" responses to negative recessions would be more sympathetic.

Die Preise sind natürlich bisschen höher als im Internet, die müssen ja auch iwie überleben aber wenn man was schnell braucht ist das die Adresse wo man Sachen bekommt die man sonst nirgends bekommt. Sogar natürliches Moos kriegt man da zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Gerne wieder! Very nice service. For the size hammer selection. The prices are of course a bit higher than on the Internet, they have to survive but if you need something quickly, this is the address where you can get things that you can't get anywhere else. You can even get natural moss at an affordable price. Gladly again!

Da bekam ich die Antwort das gehört für Bänder(oder so ähnlich) ich kann ein Sackerl kaufen! Meine Einkaufstaschen dürfte ich beim Eingang abstellen, aber gleich mit dem Hinweis sie kann nicht darauf schauen.....Also Kundenfreundlich schreibe ich anders!!!!!! You have a large selection there, but you have to look for friendliness! Wanted a small paper bag for the small parts. Then I got the answer that belongs to tapes (or something like that) I can buy a sack! I am allowed to put my shopping bags at the entrance, but immediately with the hint that she cannot look at them ..... So I write differently in a customer-friendly way !!!!!!

Opening times are a real disaster for working people ... even if it is Corona ... open 14 hours a week in total ... the thing that annoys me the most is that there is a subsidy for something like that!
