Nachdem die Garantie aber nur zwei Jahre betrug war natürlich die Garantie abgelaufen. Trotzdem haben sie das kulanterweise auf Garantie getauscht und mir an Ort und Stelle eine Ersatzbatterie gegeben. So macht Markenware natürlich Freude. accommodating and courteous. two year and two month old battery had a short circuit inside. After the warranty was only two years, of course, the warranty had expired. Nonetheless, they kindly exchanged it for a guarantee and gave me a replacement battery on the spot. Branded goods are of course fun.
B	Burl Krizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute mit meiner neuen Oldtimer Batterie 12V 66Ah welche ich aufgrund des Versand nur trocken vorgeladen bekomme (aber man als Privatkunden seit der neuen EU Verordnung keine Batteriensäure zum befüllen mehr erhält) bei Banner Batterien in 1230Wien. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und dankbar, denn obwohl es eine fremd Batterie ist wurde meine Batterie bei Banner anstandslos mit Batteriesäure gefüllt. Ich wurde sofort bedient und gut beraten bezüglich Ruhezeit nach der Säurefüllung und langsamen Aufladen der Batterie vor erst Verwendung. Sehr dankbar bin ich außerdem für den unschlagbar tollen und kulanten Preis. Danke für Ihr tolles Service. I am very satisfied and grateful, because although it is an alien battery is my battery at Banner with battery acid filled. I was served immediately and well advised about rest time after filling with acid and slowly charging the battery before only Use.
