Also wandte ich mich an Black und Decker. Diese verwiesen mich an Band. Ich schickte das Gerät hin und erhielt nach kurzer Zeit kostenlos ein neues, das funktioniert.
I bought a Black and Decker handheld vacuum cleaner through Amazon. After a week there were problems with the device. Amazon did not feel responsible, as did the seller despite the guarantee. So I turned to Black and Decker. They referred me to tape. I sent the device there and after a short time received a new one that works free of charge.
