I love this online shop. They do not bombard you with cheap and low quality products. All you can see is high quality and luxury brands, and you will receive your order quite fast in an amazing packaging. My kids loved the lollipops in the box. The customer service was also very nice and friendly. Bambini is now my favorite online store for my kids.

Theives, website showed duties included, when we received the parcel we had to pay 100% duty. When we returned the parcel we were promised a 10% refund. Where did the balance 90% go? In shipment? Dont shop from this establishment.

I have never dealt with a company like this. I made multiple purchases over three months ago and had issues with all the purchases. The first purchase was made in October. I expected a delay in shipping with COVID so I waited a few weeks for my items. After returning some items within the time window allowed by their policy, I contacted them multiple times for a refund and was not receiving one. This was $714 worth of purchases. I received an email stating they would refund me and never did. After never receiving a refund I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company and only then did they decide to refund me (3 months later). During the time I was waiting for the refund, I had made the mistake of ordering over $1000 worth of clothing for a vacation I was taking my children on. I paid additionally for express shipping and never received the clothing because it was stuck with FedEx. They had stated that the company did not complete the customs forms. I reached out to Bambini multiple times to contact FedEx as I could not do anything about it. Bambini said they would take care of it and never did. The clothes were stuck there for weeks and eventually shipped back. Two months later, I still never received a refund although I was told they received the items and would expedite a refund. I warned them that if I did not receive a refund that I would dispute the charge and only then did they respond asking me to remove the dispute. This company should not be in business and should not have the responsibility of taking peoples’ money. I highly discourage anyone from using this website as it is clearly irresponsible and cannot handle their job.
