â â â â â Abgesehen von den gerĂ€umigen und sauberen ZĂŒgen sowie der PĂŒnktlichkeit ist es vor allem das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das die LILO zu etwas Besonderem macht. Geduld und Humor scheint bei jedem dazu zu gehören und jeder packt mit an, wenn Mal ein Koffer, Fahrrad oder Kinderwagen zum Hinein- oder Hinausheben ist. Danke!
Apart from the spacious and clean trains and the punctuality, it is above all the friendly and helpful staff that makes the LILO something special. Patience and humor seems to belong to everyone and everyone joins in if Mal is a suitcase, bike or pram for lifting in or out. Thank you!

â â â â â Bin mit der Lilo insgesamt sehr zufrieden, zu 99% sehr pĂŒnklich, leider muss manchmal auf einen Gegenzug kurz vor der Ankunft am Linzer Hbhf. gewartet werden wodurch ich manchmal Stress habe dass ich meine StraĂenbahn zur Arbeit erwische, die Schaffner sind alle sehr freundlich, leider wird in den Garnituren zu wenig auf die Scotty App in der Lilo hingewiesen und noch immer Massenhaft FahrplĂ€ne ausgedruckt, in Zeiten wo fast jeder ein Smartphone hat muss das meiner Meinung nach nimmer sein. Es wĂ€re in Zukunft wĂŒnschenswert dass die Strecke mal so gebaut wird dass die Lilo schneller zwischen Eferding/Linz fahren kann, und wie ich im GesprĂ€ch mit einem Schaffner erfahren wird mal Wlan ausgerĂŒstet.
Update 8.8.2021: Der Schienersatzverkehr Richtung Linz dauert seit einer Woche wo die andere Strecke benutzt wird um fast 10 Minuten lĂ€nger, was sehr unangenehm ist wenn man um 10 in der Arbeit sein muss, ob das jetzt an der anderen Strecke oder den FahrfĂ€higkeiten einiger Busfahrer(innen) liegt kann ich aber nicht beurteilen, vielleicht sollten in Zukunft noch weitere Optimierungen vorgenommen werden, entweder dass auch von Eferding frĂŒher weg gefahren wird oder dass man die ganze Strecke gleich mit einem Bus bedient, angenehm ist dass jetzt etwas modernere Busse benutzt wurden als bei den frĂŒheren Schienersatzverkehren.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the Lilo, 99% very punctual, unfortunately sometimes I have to get a return train shortly before arriving at the Linzer main station. So I sometimes have stress that I catch my tram to work, the conductors are all very friendly, unfortunately there is not enough reference in the sets to the Scotty app in the Lilo and still tons of timetables are printed out, at times when almost everyone is one In my opinion, a smartphone never has to be. In the future it would be desirable that the route be built in such a way that the Lilo can travel faster between Eferding / Linz, and, as I learned in conversation with a conductor, wifi is equipped.
Update 8/8/2021: The replacement rail traffic towards Linz has been going on for a week where the other route is used by almost 10 minutes longer, which is very uncomfortable when you have to be at work at 10, whether that is on the other route or the driving skills of some But I cannot judge the bus driver, maybe further optimizations should be made in the future, either that Eferding will also be driven away earlier or that the whole route will be served with a bus, it is nice that more modern buses are now used than in the earlier rail replacement services.

â â â â â Ich bin heute mit meiner 4-jĂ€hrigen Tochter das erste mal mit der LILO gefahren und die Schaffner waren sehr nett und super Auskunft bekommen. Schon lange nicht mehr so freundliche Menschen (Personal) gesehen! Heutzutage leider schon sehr selten.
Today I drove with my 4-year-old daughter for the first time with the LILO and the conductors were very nice and got great information. We haven't seen such friendly people (staff) for a long time! Nowadays, unfortunately, very seldom.
