Drive outside of school holidays or weekends ... otherwise the thermal baths are quite crowded

Kurtraxi nur mit Gästekarte sonst teuer ,€ 2,20, für eine fahrt Sommerkonzerte mit über €20 auch nicht gerade günstig schlechte bis keine Info zu dauer der Konzerte
Health resort with moderate variety to the cultural day many cafes not all very friendly
Kurtraxi only with guest card otherwise expensive, € 2.20, for a ride summer concerts with over € 20 also not exactly cheap bad to no information on duration of the concerts

Wir wollten am So., 17.10.2021. ein gemütliche badetag mit mein Freund machen, aber leider Gottes bin krank geworden.
Wir haben gleich am Sonntag noch Bescheid an Therme gesagt, ob wir wegen Krankheit nicht kommen können. Und haben gefragt ob was jetzt mit unsere Ticket ist.
Die Antwort war ganz einfach... Man kann die Reservierung nicht mehr stonieren und wir werden auch unsere Geld nicht mehr zurückbekommen...
Sowas von Frechheit was da aufgeführt wird !!!!!!
Es geht nicht um 5 € sondern um 56 €!!!
Warum gibt es bei solche Faelle kein Gutschrift oder Gutschein was man spaeter mal einlösen kann?
Waere auch gespannt was mit unsere Geld da passiert???
I bought an online ticket for 2 people on Saturday, October 16, 2021.
We wanted to go on Sunday, October 17th, 2021. make a cozy bathing day with my friend, but unfortunately I got sick.
On Sunday we told Therme whether we could not come because of illness. And asked if what happened to our ticket now.
The answer was very simple ... you can no longer cancel the reservation and we will not get our money back either ...
Something of cheek what is listed there !!!!!!
It's not about 5 € but about 56 € !!!
Why is there no credit or voucher in such cases that can be redeemed later?
Would be curious what happens to our money ???
