★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately very bad coffee. It is, of course, a luxury to have espresso on top of a mountain - but watery instant espresso in a way is worse than no espresso at all!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've spent one night at Bad Kissinger Hütte during our annual team event. The new host Heiko is very nice, communicative and really cares about his guests wellbeing! I can only recommend the 414 route to Aggenstein. Create view and nature!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wow. This was our last hut to sleep in for our hiking tour. but it was better then I could ever imagine. We got our private room in the new area of the hut with 4 comfortable beds and space to store your bags etc. The floor had its own both gender toilet. The main washing area was in the older part of the hut but was also very clean. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. It was a bit of a pitty that we couldn't order hot chocolate in the evening and that the apfelstrudel was out. But that didn't realy mind. By far the best hut i've ever slept in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hiked from the bottom of the Bergbahn in Pfronten up to the Bad Kissinger Hütte. It was a lovely hike and I was very happy to finally reach my destination. When I came into the Hut it was very clean and the owner was very pleasant and quickly processed me in. Dinner was really nice and they offered a nice menu for dinner. The showers and wash rooms were very clean and the hot water was nice and hot, you get 4 minutes of hot water for 2 Euro, which was fine since I like fast showers and I understand that the logistics of a hut are not easy.
Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of various toppings for your bread. There was a lot of attention to detail and everything very clean. It was a good choice to stop for the night.
