Essen kommt nicht wie am Fließband sondern man wird gefragt ob der nächste Gang serviert werden darf. Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Kommen gerne wieder. Hotel in a good location and with a nice wellness area. Staff attentive and friendly. Food does not come like it does on an assembly line, but you are asked whether the next course can be served. Room met our expectations. We'd love to come back.
U	Udo Busch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein tolles Hotel in familiärer Atmosphäre. Küche mit 5- Gänge Menue am Abend war fantastisch. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und unterschiedlichen Saunen. A great hotel with a family atmosphere. Kitchen with 5-course menu in the evening was fantastic. Great wellness area with swimming pool and different saunas.

Chef leider sehr unfreundlich, kein,,Guten Tag " nichts... Werden dieses Hotel als Familie nicht mehr besuchen. The children are not allowed to be mentioned on the website !!! As undesirable as we felt yet in any hotel. Chief unfortunately very unfriendly, not a good day ,, "nothing ... Will this hotel as a family no longer visit.
V	Volker Dietz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Hotel. Schicke Zimmer,abartig toller Wellnessbereich. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und eine 1A Qualität...hier kocht der Juniorchef noch selbst. Der Service ist auf Zack und extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hierher kommt man gerne. Great place. Chic rooms, abnormally great wellness area. The food is varied and top quality... here the junior manager still cooks himself. The service is on the ball and extremely friendly and courteous. People like to come here.
M	M W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Hotel Ich war Dezember 2021das erste mal dort. Das Personal ist extrem engagiert und sehr freundlich, der Wellness Teil Phantastisch. Die Schneeschuh Wanderung mit dem Hotelbesitzer sehr interessant. Langlaufläupen sind praktisch in 5 gehminuten erreichbar mit verbindung zu allen loipen. Es gibt extra zwei Räume für Ski und Schuhe zum Trocknen mig Aussenzugang. Unser Zimmer war zwar älter sehr sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat viel umgebaut viel modernisiert. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der Kuchen um 15 Uhr. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Einzig das Abendessen * ich fand es immer sehr lecker* fanden viele wenig kreativ oft die nebensitzer zu bodenständig . Insgesamt aber vorallem in Corona Zeiten einfach ein tolles Hotel. Great hotel I was there for the first time in December 2021. The staff is extremely committed and very friendly, the wellness part fantastic. The snowshoe hike with the hotel owner was very interesting. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts can be reached in a 5-minute walk with a connection to all cross-country trails. There are two extra rooms for skis and boots to dry with outside access. Our room was older, very, very clean. The hotel has been remodeled a lot, modernized a lot. The cake at 3 p.m. is also highly recommended. The breakfast is plentiful. Only the dinner * I always found it very tasty * many found the people next to us too down-to-earth, often not very creative . All in all, it was a great hotel, especially in Corona times.

i	ini yers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ate here with my boyfriend's Family. I don't have any idea, how they manage the hotel. I have a few things to say about the Restaurant. It is a no 4 Star Restaurant. Bad Service for a socalled 4 StarHotel and Restaurant. I ordered Fish, didn't taste good, needs more seasoning, has TOO MANY fish bone, too OILY, obviously served directly in the plate and didn't rest even for a second. All of our orders was served only in a few Minutes, an obvious that they have frozen meat and fish and they don't prepare the food well. Told the Servers of food didn't even say sorry. It i a 0 Star Restaurant. Grauenhaft! I want to go on with the small details but that would be too much.
