J	Joe Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Statistikzentrale, gleich beim ersten AMS Besuch jemanden sofort in einen Bewerbungskurs zu schicken, was aber immer gearbeitet hat, grenzt an ........, so kann man Steuergelder auch verbraten ? Kurse was jemanden weiterbringen werden abgelehnt. ??‍♂️ Good statistics center, right at the first AMS visit to send somebody immediately in an application course, but what has always worked, borders on ........, so you can spend taxpayers also ? Courses that encourage someone to continue are rejected. ??♂️

Danach wieder angerufen, danach meinte der Service Mitarbeiter das er die Fragen beantworten kann im Endeffekt, hat er mich nicht weiterhelfen können und weiter verwiesen. Das ist der Beweis sobald eine Sozialleistung der Staat Österreich bezahlt ist der Service der Mitarbeiter enorm schlecht, weil ihre Leistung eh keinen Einfluss auf ihr Gehalt hat. Naja man kann nur hoffen das sich hier etwas ändert. Very badly called several times waited 2 days. Then called again, after that the service employee said that he could answer the questions in the end, he was unable to help me and referred me further. This is the proof as soon as a social benefit is paid by the state of Austria, the service of the employees is extremely bad because their performance has no influence on their salary anyway. Well one can only hope that something changes here.

Natürlich weiss ich nicht wie wer zu wem kommt doch mein Gespräch war sehr einfach und Nett! Just had a very nice and informative conversation with the counselor, the other reviews can only be denied. Of course I don't know how who comes to whom, but my conversation was very easy and nice!

Mehr als unfreundlich behandelt zu werden darf man sich nicht erwarten. Evaluation speaks for itself! If you are unemployed just look on the Internet yourself, they don't do it there. You shouldn't expect to be treated more than rude.

Menschen mit Anstand und Rechten sollten diese Geschäftsstelle unbedingt kritisch hinterfragen. Factual communication was not possible. People with decency and rights should definitely question this office critically.
