N	N. Brunhuber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlicher Service, Frühstück ok. Wir haben ein Gourmet Frühstück bestellt, was laut Karte Marmelade, Honig und Nutella beinhaltet. Gemeint ist aber ODER was leider nicht in der Karte steht und weshalb die zusätzlichen Packungen extra verrechnet wurden. Grundsätzlich kein Problem aber auf Nachfrage bzw. als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, dass die Karte falsch ist, erklärte man uns, dass dies überhaupt nicht sein könne. Die Karte sei sicherlich richtig geschrieben - man habe sich schließlich einen Profi dafür engagiert und sehr viel Geld dafür bezahlt, dass sie korrekt ist. Dass man mit dem (Native Speaker) Gast zu diskutieren und sich zu rechtfertigen beginnt anstatt einfach danke für den Hinweis zu sagen, das finde ich ein No-Go!!! Friendly service, breakfast ok. We ordered a gourmet breakfast, which according to the menu includes jam, honey and Nutella. But what is meant is OR, which is unfortunately not on the menu and why the additional packs were charged extra. Basically no problem but when asked or when we pointed out that the card was wrong, we were told that this could not be the case at all. The card is surely written correctly - after all, a professional has been hired and a lot of money has been paid to ensure that it is correct. That you start to discuss and justify yourself with the (native speaker) guest instead of simply saying thank you for the hint, I think that's a no-go!

Zuletzt sei noch erwähnt, dass selbst die Preise günstiger sind, als bei den Bäckerei-Ketten. I'm a relatively new guest there, but I have to say that the pastries in particular are excellent. Equally, the operators of this shop are very, very friendly. Finally, it should be mentioned that even the prices are cheaper than in the bakery chains.
