Dann kommen wir am nächsten Tag hin - sehen 2 reservierte Tische für andere - angebliche Stammgäste und wenn man die Reservierung anspricht wird man angemotzt !!!!!! :-( Sometimes ok - other times "very" unfriendly. We wanted to reserve for 6 people - was said not possible. Then we come there the next day - see 2 reserved tables for others - alleged regular guests and if you ask about the reservation you get pissed off !!!!!! :-(

Schlemmerfrühstück gibt es nicht mehr, auch sind Ham & Egg und Eierspeisbrot überhaupt nicht mehr in der Karte angeführt! Weiches Ei oder Schlosswurst gibt's nur mehr gegen Aufpreis Schade :-( It's a shame that the breakfast menu was extremely shortened ? There is no longer a gourmet breakfast, and ham & egg and egg bread are no longer even listed on the menu! Soft egg or castle sausage are only available at an additional cost Pity :-(

Brot ist fast immer sehr lecker und qualitativ Top , die Bedienung sind immer nett und wenn man nach was fragt, bekommt man eine Beratung, was leider immer seltener wird. We love it. Bread is almost always delicious and top quality, the service is always nice and if you ask for something, you get a consultation, which unfortunately is becoming increasingly rare.

Uns ist schon klar dass alles teurer wurde,nur das beim classischen Frühstück ,was auch Kaffee und Orangensaft beinhaltete und 6,90€ kostete,jetzt aber ohne Kaffee Brot und Orangensaft auch 6,90€ verlangt wird werden wir es uns stark überlegen ihre Filiale weiterhin zu besuchen. Since we had breakfast 3-4 times a week before the pandemic, we now wanted to continue this habit. Ist ärgerlich, aber ich verstehe, die Mitarbeiter müssen alles rechtzeitig geputzt haben. ABER DIE ART UND WEISE WIE MAN ES MIR GESAGT HAT! Als wäre ich eine Kriminelle weil ich einen Kaffee kaufen wollte. Kollegin braucht mal dringend Urlaub denke ich... Bereits 2 mal passiert, man traut sich kaum noch rein, schade. No more coffee 20 minutes before the branch closes because the coffee machine has already been cleaned. It's annoying, but I understand the staff must have cleaned everything on time. BUT THE WAY YOU TOLD ME! Like I'm a criminal because I wanted to buy a coffee. My colleague urgently needs a vacation, I think ... Already happened 2 times, you hardly dare to go in, what a shame.
G	G Nasr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dort einen Schwarztee bestellt und werde überrascht, dass es am Ende ein Schwarztee mit bergamotte geworden ist.. Wenn Sie keinen Schwarztee pur haben, dann sollten sie auch nicht sagen, dass sie einen haben?! Wenn ich ausdrücklich nach einem Schwarztee frage, sollte man mich vorwarnen, dass etwas anderes beigemischt ist. Leider sehr enttäuscht. Ich bin nämlich gar kein bergamotte fan. Und als ich die bedienung drauf angesprochen habe.. sagt sie mir: tut mir leid schwarztee alleine habe ich nicht.. ja das hätten sie mir früher sagen können! I ordered a black tea there and am surprised that it ended up being a black tea with bergamot .. If you don't have black tea straight, then shouldn't you say you have one ?! If I specifically ask for a black tea, I should be warned that something else is mixed in. Unfortunately very disappointed. I'm not a bergamot fan at all. And when I asked the controls .. they said to me: I'm sorry I don't have black tea alone .. yes you could have told me that earlier!
M	Michael Mellitzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als langjährige Stammgäste waren wir seit dem Aufsperren nach der pandemiebedingten Schließung wieder einmal frühstücken... und siehe da: auch die Geschäftsleitung von Felber ist der Meinung, die "Corona-Verluste" mit einer Preiserhöhung von über 100% (!) schnellstmöglich aufholen zu können. Beispiel (Foto-1) Wiener Frühstück VOR der Pandemie 5,90,-; NACH der Pandemie (Foto-2) gibt's das "Wiener Frühstück" nicht mehr - man muß sich alles einzeln bestellen, was nun in Summe 11,95,- (!) ausmacht. Daß viele Betriebe in finanziellen Schwierigkeiten steck(t)en und zumindest vorübergehend die Preise anheben, ist noch verständlich - aber das DOPPELTE ??? Mein Gehalt steigt wie bei den meisten anderen jährlich um 2-3% und nicht um den Faktor 2. So wie wir fühlen sich die Kunden mit dieser Preiserhöhung offensichtlich vor den Kopf gestoßen. Früher brauchte man eine Portion Glück, einen freien Tisch zum Frühstück zu bekommen - diesmal waren wir bei den 8 Tischen im Citygate die einzigen "Frühstücker" - warum wohl? Sorry, aber da spielen wir auch nicht mehr mit. Bevor man preislich nicht halbwegs auf das "Vorpandemieniveau" zurückkehrt war das unser letzter Besuch! As long-term regular guests, we have had breakfast again since the pandemic-related closure ... and lo and behold: the management of Felber is of the opinion that the "corona losses" with a price increase of over 100% (!) Example (Photo-1) Viennese breakfast BEFORE the pandemic 5.90, -; AFTER the pandemic (photo 2) there is no longer the "Viennese breakfast" - you have to order everything individually, which now amounts to 11.95 (!). It is still understandable that many companies are in financial difficulties and are at least temporarily raising prices - but DOUBLE ??? Like most of the others, my salary increases annually by 2-3% and not by a factor of 2. Just like us, customers obviously feel offended by this price increase. In the past you needed a bit of luck to get a free table for breakfast - this time we were the only "breakfasters" at the 8 tables in Citygate - why should you? Sorry, but we're no longer involved. Before we returned to the "pre-pandemic level" in terms of price, it was our last visit!
