★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Jänner ein Schaukelpferd gekauft. Heute Holzschiene gebrochen. Reklamation eingereicht. Verkäuferin wusste nicht was zu tun ist. Hat gesagt daß ich mindestens 3 Wochen auf Antwort über die weitere Vorgangsweise warten muss. Keine Bestätigung für das kaputte Schaukelpferd erhalten. Obwohl ich es samt originaler Verpackung dort gelassen habe.
In January bought a rocking horse. Today wood rail broken. Complaint filed. Saleswoman did not know what to do. Has said that I have to wait at least 3 weeks for an answer on the further procedure. No confirmation for the broken rocking horse received. Although I left it there with the original packaging.

Auch bei verschiedenen Themen konnte man uns immer alle wichtigen Fragen beantworten, von Matratze über Trinklaschen bis hin zu Autositzen. Bisher habe ich immer das Geschäft mit dem Gefühl verlassen, dass man gut auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist. Top!
We have already been in the business several times and were given very competent and friendly advice every time. We were always able to answer all the important questions on various topics, from mattresses to drinking flaps to car seats. So far I have always left the business with the feeling that our needs have been well taken care of. Top!

Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sich immer jemand Zeit nimmt für uns, solange bis all unsere Fragen beantwortet sind. Das kann manchmal dauern bei uns. :) Wir haben vor wenigen Tagen einen Kindersitz und einen Buggy dort gekauft. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Frau Prutsch (ich hoffe, der Name ist richtig) für die tolle Beratung und für Ihre Zeit. Bis bald :)
Our favorite baby shop in Graz. We get great and professional advice every time. On top of that, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have made the experience that someone always takes time for us until all our questions have been answered. Sometimes that can take a while for us. :) We bought a child seat and a buggy there a few days ago. Many thanks to Ms. Prutsch (I hope the name is correct) for the great advice and for your time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame war sehr unfreundlich und wir bekamen keine kompetente Beratung stattdessen war die Dame nur genervt und am meisten das wir den Autositz probieren wollten .
Mit der Aussage zur Kollegin „ich muss mit raus gehen den Sitz probieren , normalerweise machen wir das am Samstag nicht sagte sie noch genervt ( Es war nicht wirklich was los). Wenn ich keine Gutschrift gehabt hätte wäre ich sofort wieder gegangen !
The lady was very unfriendly and we didn't get any competent advice. Instead, the lady was just annoyed and most of all we wanted to try the car seat.
With the statement to the colleague "I have to go out and try the seat, we don't normally do that on Saturdays" she said annoyed (it wasn't really anything going on). If I hadn't had a credit, I would have left immediately!
