F	Florian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absage zwei Tage vor dem gebuchten Termin. Ich habe drei Wochen im Vorhinein einen Transporter wegen eines Umzugs gebucht. Zwei Tage vor dem gebuchten Termin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir das Mietauto gar nicht anbieten können. Mir wurde das Mietauto in der darauffolgenden Woche angeboten. Verständnis dafür, dass mir das gröbere Umstände bereitet gab es nicht. Einen Preisnachlas habe ich nicht erhalten. Stattdessen wollten sie mir einen größeren Transporter zum gleichen Preis geben, und mir das als meine Entschädigung verkaufen. Den größeren Transporter wollte ich aber nicht. Da meinten sie, dass sie nur den größeren haben. Schlussendlich hat sie noch herausgestellt, dass ich den Transporter gar nicht bei Avis in Wien zurückgeben kann, so wie ich es von Anfang an bei der Buchung ausgewählt habe. Zusammengefasst: ich habe einen Transporter gebucht, der gar nicht existiert, und habe bei der Buchung eine Rückgabestation ausgewählt, wo solche Transporter gar nicht zurückgegeben werden können. Und zwei Tage vorher (davon ein Feiertag) fällt das auf? Ernsthaft? Aufgefallen ist es vermutlich auch nur weil ich drei Tage vorher angerufen habe, dass ich das Mietauto nach Möglichkeit eine Stunde später holen würde. Da hat die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon zuerst gemeint, sie findet meine Buchung nicht. Später meinte sie, die Buchung doch gefunden zu haben. Am nächsten Tag die Absage. Cancellation two days before the booked date. I booked three weeks in advance a van because of a move. Two days before the booked date, I was told that they can not offer me the rental car. I was offered the rental car the following week. There was no understanding that I was prepared for the rougher circumstances. I did not receive a discount. Instead, they wanted to give me a bigger van at the same price, and sell it to me as my compensation. But I did not want the bigger van. Because they said that they only have the bigger one. Finally she pointed out that I can not return the van to Avis in Vienna, as I have chosen from the beginning when booking. In summary: I booked a transporter that does not exist and chose a return station when booking, where such transporters can not be returned at all. And two days before (of which a holiday) that is noticeable? Seriously? It was probably only noticed because I called three days before that I would get the rental car, if possible, an hour later. As the employee on the phone first meant, she does not find my booking. Later she thought she had found the booking. The next day the cancellation.
