★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meinem "alten" Auto bereits in der Werkstatt. Absolut zufrieden, perfekter Service! Beim Kauf des neuen Ford ebenso kompetente Beratung, aufmerksam und freundlich! Alles in allem top!
 I was already in the workshop with my "old" car. Absolutely satisfied, perfect service! When buying the new Ford, also competent advice, attentive and friendly! All in all great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrungen mit dieser Werkstatt sind leider sehr negativ...
Sehr lange Wartezeiten, zuständige Mitarbeiter schwer erreichbar, Informationen meist nur durch Eigeninitative, Stundensatz von € 135,- (netto!) für Zerlegarbeiten, ca. € 100,- für ein schriftliches Reparatur-Angebot, € 25,- Standgebühren pro Tag nach Schadenseinschätzung, künstliche Herauszögerung der Standdauer (Rückruf erst Freitag nach Betriebsschluss, so mussten noch Standkosten für das Wochenende bezahlt werden, und zusätzlich wurde das Auto zu einer Partnerwerkstatt in Wörgl gebracht, daher konnte das Auto auch nicht abgeholt werden), Fahrzeug wurde fahrtüchtig hingebracht und nicht mehr fahrtüchtig zurückgegeben (lose, kaputte Teile im Kofferraum), Filialleiter nicht kooperativ und nicht kundenfreundlich...
Schlussendlich bezahlte ich knappe € 700,- für einen Kostenvoranschlag!
My experiences with this workshop are unfortunately very negative ...
Very long waiting times, competent staff difficult to reach, information usually only by own initiative, hourly rate of € 135, - (net!) For Zerlegarbeiten, about € 100, - for a written repair offer, € 25, - floor fees per day after damage assessment , artificial delay of the service life (callback only Friday after closing time, so still stand costs for the weekend had to be paid, and in addition the car was brought to a partner workshop in Wörgl, therefore, the car could not be picked up), vehicle was brought in roadworthy and not more roadworthy returned (loose, broken parts in the trunk), store manager not cooperative and not customer friendly ...
Finally, I paid close to € 700, - for a cost estimate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Werkstatt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Unser ASX ist mitten im Urlaub nur noch im Notprogramm gefahren, jeder Traktor war schneller. Uns wurde sofort geholfen, Leihwagen, Garantiereparatur, am nächsten Tag konnten wir den ASX schon wieder abholen. Sehr freundliches, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Team. Danke noch mal.
Great workshop. To be recommended without reservation. In the middle of our vacation our ASX only drove in the emergency program, every tractor was faster. We were helped immediately, rental car, warranty repairs, the next day we were able to pick up the ASX again. Very friendly, competent and helpful team. Thanks again.

Er hat unser Problem sofort erkannt, es sehr sachlich und verständlich erklärt und umgehend behoben.
Ich kann diese Werkstatt nur weiterempfehlen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also war heute dort war auch Geschäftsmann aber das geht garnicht man lies die Freundlichkeit total vermissen ich gebe jedem auch eine zweite Chance aber dieses Autohaus ist auf meiner Liste gestrichen so ein Auftreten geht garnicht der Ton macht die Musik
