★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche & Unhöfliche Mitarbeiter, überteuerte Preise, Sachen die beim Service vorgeschrieben waren wurden bei meinem Auto einfach ignoriert, Reperaturen die eig. ned unbedingt gemacht werden mussten wurden einfach durchgeführt ohne mit mir vorher drüber zu sprechen.
Bin froh, wenn ich dieses Jahr meinen letzten Service bei dieser Firma habe. Danach gehe ich zu jemand anderen da das einfach nur ein Witz ist.
Ach und was ich auch noch sagen muss, bei anderen Werkstätten wird wenigstens das Auto schön gereinigt/gewaschen nachdem man Hunderte / Tausende von Euros liegen lassen hat was hier nicht der Fall ist da es hier nur 0815 runtergewaschen wird & teilw. auch gar ned gemacht wurde
 Unfriendly & rude staff, overpriced prices, things that were stipulated for the service were simply ignored on my car, repairs that really had to be done were simply carried out without talking to me about it beforehand.
I am happy when I have my last service with this company this year. After that I go to someone else because this is just a joke.
Oh and what I also have to say, at other workshops at least the car is nicely cleaned / washed after you have left hundreds / thousands of euros, which is not the case here because it is only washed down at 0815 & sometimes not done at all has been

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter
Guter ( marktüblicher) Preis und nicht ( wie oft üblich) abgehobene VW Preise
( im Internet wäre es natürlich billiger gewesen, aber nicht sofort verfügbar)

Very friendly and courteous staff
Good (market) price and not (as is often the case) raised VW prices

Gute Arbeit wird geleistet und allgemein ein sehr zuvorkommender junger Mann.
Jetzt kann ich endlich wieder mit meinem Lambo und den girls auf entspannt durch die City cruisen ?
Diese Werkstatt wird nun fortan immer meine erste Wahl sein.
