Wenn man ein Ersatzteil benötigt und nicht weiss wie es heisst, aber es den Herrschaften zeigt, damit ja das richtige Teil bestellt wird, wird dieses "zeigen" als Arbeitszeit verrechnet. Mich sieht die Firma nicht mehr Customer friendliness is something else. Great deals and very friendly staff. I also took out car insurance at the Wipplinger dealership, which is very practical, insurance office and workshop in one building. Highly Recommended! Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich und man wird daran erinnert, wenn ein Service oder eine Überprüfung ansteht. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, vorallem die Kundenorientierung sticht heraus (Herr Palmetshofer war zB auch in seinem Urlaub erreichbar aufgrund eines Notfalls). Auch nach dem Autokauf fühlt man sich hier gut aufgehoben, egal ob bei Service- oder Reperaturterminen o.ä. Man geht hier als zufriedener Kunde davon und kommt gerne wieder! Leider ist diese Werkstätte nicht in meiner Wohnortumgebung, sonst wäre ich ab sofort Stammkunde. Found a car on the Internet, called, test-driven it, discussed the details, picked it up, done.
