Ich hatte plötzlich eine defekte Einspritzdüse und es wurde alles darangesetzt das ich noch am gleichen Tag wieder meine Heimreise antreten konnte! Highly recommended car dealership! I suddenly had a defective injection nozzle and everything was done so that I could start my journey home on the same day!
M	M_L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Preise sind leider weit weg von gut und böse. Ölwechsel wurde gemacht obwohl es nicht notwendig war. Luftbilder wurde getauscht obwohl auch das nach den km noch nicht notwendig war. Sehr schade aber wir kommen nicht mehr. Unfortunately, the prices are far from good and bad. Oil change was made although it was not necessary. Aerial photos were exchanged, although that wasn't necessary after the km. It's a shame but we're not coming any more.

Die Dame am Telefon meinte ich solle nach Pressbaum kommen und mir das Auto ansehen sowie "Probesitzen". Auf meinen Einwand, dass ich das Auto kenne und nur Unterlagen benötige um das Auto mit anderen Mitbewerbern zu vergleichen meinte die Dame: wo wohnen Sie denn? Nach Nennung des Ortes meinte sie wieder ich soll die Unterlagen abholen. Diskussion! Ich verzichtete daraufhin auf die Sendung der Unterlagen und werde mein Auto sicherlich anderswo kaufen Today I wanted a brochure or price list for a Mazda 5. The lady on the phone said I should come to Pressbaum and look at the car and "try it out". In response to my objection that I know the car and only need documents to compare the car with other competitors, the lady said: where do you live? After naming the place she said I should pick up the documents. Discussion! I then decided not to send the documents and will certainly buy my car elsewhere

Panne mit Citroen am 23.12. mittags bei Fahrt in den Winterurlaub (mit Kindern, Hund und Weihnachtsgeschenken an Bord) auf Westautobahn kurz nach Wien, herbeigerufener ÖAMTC ratlos, verweist auf Werkstatt. Anrufe bei diversen Werkstätten erfolglos – keine Termine mehr frei. Zufällig im Vorbeifahren das Autohaus „Mazda Wanderer“ gesehen und stehen geblieben. Das Autohaus war bereits im Begriff die Pforten zu schließen und die Mitarbeiter in den Weihnachtsurlaub zu schicken. Der erfahrene Mechaniker erkannte anhand unserer Schilderungen sofort: „Das liegt sicher am Dieselfilter!“. Zu unserem Glück verwendet Mazda teilweise die gleichen Motoren wie Citroen, wodurch sogar das passende Ersatzteil (neuer Dieselfilter) vorhanden war. Der sehr freundliche Chef stimmte zu, das Teil auszutauschen, obwohl eigentlich bereits Sperrstunde war. Nach ca. 45 Minuten war die Reparatur beendet und der Motor lief wieder 1A und wir konnten die Fahrt fortsetzen. Ich möchte mich hier nochmal beim Team von Mazda „Wanderer“ bedanken. Ich bin von der Kompetenz und Kundenfreundlichkeit restlos begeistert. Vielen Dank, Sie haben unseren Weihnachtsurlaub gerettet! Top service - we received friendly and competent help here! Breakdown with Citroen on December 23rd. At noon when driving on winter vacation (with children, dog and Christmas gifts on board) on the West Autobahn shortly after Vienna, ÖAMTC summoned at a loss, refers to the workshop. Calls to various workshops unsuccessful - no more appointments available. Accidentally saw the “Mazda Wanderer” car dealership while driving past and stopped. The dealership was already about to close its doors and send the employees on Christmas vacation. The experienced mechanic immediately recognized from our descriptions: “That is definitely due to the diesel filter!”. Fortunately for us, Mazda partly uses the same engines as Citroen, which means that the right spare part (new diesel filter) was available. The very friendly boss agreed to replace the part, even though it was actually curfew. After about 45 minutes the repair was finished and the engine was running again and we were able to continue the journey. I would like to thank the Mazda "Wanderer" team again. I am completely enthusiastic about the competence and customer friendliness. Thank you, you saved our Christmas vacation!

Ein Stein hat meine Beifahrer Scheibe und Seite zerstört, eine Weiterfahrt war unmöglich, ich brauche das Fahrzeug aber täglich dringend. Noch während ich mit dem sehr freundlichen Herren bei der Annahme kurz berede, wie wir denn hier jetzt weiterkommen, wird mir schon der Schlüssel für den Ersatzwagen überreicht, versprochen, sich um alles zu kümmern und 10 Minuten später konnte ich weiterfahren. Eine Woche später war mein Mazda 5 wieder einsatzbereit, stand da wie neu. Alles höchst professionell erledigt, ich musste mich um nichts kümmern, es war einfach perfekt. A stone destroyed my passenger's window and side, it was impossible to continue driving, but I urgently need the vehicle every day. While I am still briefly discussing with the very friendly gentleman on acceptance how we are going to get on here, I am already handed the key for the replacement car, promised to take care of everything and 10 minutes later I was able to drive on. A week later my Mazda 5 was ready for use again, looking like new. Everything was done very professionally, I didn't have to worry about anything, it was just perfect.
