w	webkeeper webkeeper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als VW und Ford Fahrer war ich bisher in Wien bei den großen Vertragswerkstätten und hatte dort oft den Eindruck ein Bittgesuch stellen zu müssen um einen Termin für eine Reparatur oder Reifenwechsel zu bekommen. Bei Mahringers Werkstätten wurde auf meinen Terminwunsch sofort Rücksicht genommen und dieser war auch binnen weniger Tage möglich, nicht wie bei den großen wo ich Wochen auf einen Termin warten musste. Auch mit der Umsetzung der Reparaturen war ich bisher sehr zufrieden. Es wurde mir auch immer alles genau erklärt was gemacht wurde und warum dies notwendig ist zb im Zuge eines Pickerlgutachtens. Ich fühle mich hier jedenfalls sehr gut aufgehoben und kann die Werkstatt nur empfehlen. As a VW and Ford driver, I have been to the major contract workshops in Vienna and often had the impression that I had to make a request to get an appointment for a repair or tire change. At Mahringer's workshops, my request for an appointment was immediately taken into account and this was also possible within a few days, not like the large ones where I had to wait weeks for an appointment. So far, I have also been very satisfied with the implementation of the repairs. Everything was always explained to me exactly what was done and why this is necessary, for example in the course of an expert opinion. In any case, I feel in good hands here and can only recommend the workshop.

Morgens um 9 hingefahren und gefragt, ob Reparatur möglich sei. Uns wurde sofort weitergeholfen und die Reparatur bis 17.00 Uhr zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit durchgeführt. Endpreis war dann noch geringer, als morgens veranschlagt. Außerdem wurden wir noch auf Mängel an den Reifen hingewiesen und dass wir daher bei unserer Heimreise bitte vorsichtig sein sollen. Hervorzuheben ist auch noch die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Really great and can only be recommended. Broke down the car the night before with a broken spring. Went there at 9 in the morning and asked if repairs were possible. We received immediate help and the repairs were carried out to our complete satisfaction by 5 p.m. The final price was then even lower than estimated in the morning. In addition, we were informed about defects in the tires and that we should therefore please be careful on our journey home. To be highlighted is the friendliness of the staff.

Kundenbetreuung TOP!!! Sobald es geliefert wurde erfolgte zeitnah die Reparatur! Leider gibt es nur 5 Sterne zu vergeben! Danke an das Team! The team tried very hard to get the missing diesel particulate filter additive from my Fiat Scudo (2015) (which not even Fiat stocks ?!) Customer service TOP !!! As soon as it was delivered, the repair took place promptly! Unfortunately there are only 5 stars to be awarded! Thanks to the team!

Werkstatt und Büro sehr sauber. Besser kann es nicht sein! Werde sicher weiterempfehlen! For me it is the best car workshop in Vienna. Here you are taken seriously as a customer. A great job has been done on my car. Workshop and office very clean. It couldn't be better! I will definitely recommend it!
C	Christoph Hopfner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bekam netterweise kurz vor Weihnachten einen spontanen Termin zur Montage neuer Winterreifen. Dabei wurden mir defekte Gasdruckfedern der Heckklappe kostenlos getauscht (Ersatzteile hatte ich dabei). Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Stern muss ich abziehen, weil in der Werkstatt offenbar geraucht wird und mein Fahrzeug im Innenraum noch einige Tage entsprechend roch. Zudem fand ich die Reifenmontage mit 150€ zu teuer. Jedoch hatte ich zuvor nicht gefragt, was es kosten wird, was man wohl immer tun sollte. I was kindly given a spontaneous appointment just before Christmas to fit new winter tires. Defective gas struts on the tailgate were exchanged for free (I had spare parts with me). The staff is friendly and helpful. I have to subtract a star because there is evidently smoking in the workshop and the interior of my vehicle still smelled accordingly for a few days. I also found tire fitting too expensive at € 150. However, I had not previously asked what it would cost, which one should always do.
