My experiences have been consistently positive, both the lady at the counter and the employees in the workshop are very friendly and courteous, I can definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant und unverschämt, als Ausländer wird man behandelt wie der letzte Dreck. Das ist kein Einzelfall! Rezeptionsdame unterstes Niveau. Dort, wo man Hilfe (nach einer Panne) erwartet, wird man als Deutscher noch angegangen.
Fahrer und Werkstattpersonal freundlich, daher 1 Stern.
Arrogant and outrageous, as a foreigner you are treated like dirt. This is not an isolated case! Front desk lady lowest level. As a German, you will be approached wherever you expect help (after a breakdown).
Driver and workshop staff friendly, therefore 1 star.

As always, a great place to go for questions about cars. Even leak tests for mobile homes are carried out here
