Hatte am Abend ein kleines Problem mit dem Auto das mir eine Fahrt zu meiner Familie unmöglich machte. 8 Uhr morgens in die Werkstatt....erklären des Problems ( leider keine Ersatzteile mehr....kommt morgen, klingt gut ).... Kann das Auto stehen lassen, wenn ich möchte....gut ok. Der Hammer .....am Mittag kam der Anruf Auto fertig ( man fuhr in eine Partnerwerkstatt und hat sich dort das fehlende Teil geholt ).... Man brachte mir sogar mein Auto nach Hause... Vielen Lieben Dank, Mega Service unglaublich freundlich und Kundenorientiert. Kann ich nur jedem Empfehlen Super, Danke noch mal? Thank you amazing? In the evening I had a little problem with the car that made it impossible for me to visit my family. 8 a.m. to the workshop .... explain the problem (unfortunately no more spare parts .... comes tomorrow, sounds good) .... Can leave the car if I want ... well ok. The hammer ..... at noon the call came car ready (you drove to a partner workshop and got the missing part there) .... They even brought my car home ... Thank you very much, mega service incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. I can only recommend it to everyone Great, thanks again

Das ist Handschlagqualität die man heute nicht mehr so leicht findet. Schon gar nich in der Auto Branche. Werde vermutlich mein nächstes Auto auch dort kaufen. I bought a used VW 3 months ago. Everything we agreed orally when concluding the contract was done without any ifs or buts. This is handshake quality that is no longer so easy to find today. Especially not in the auto industry. I will probably buy my next car there too.

Jeder Termin wird auf die Kundenwünsche angepasst und man wird an den Termin erinnert. A workshop with handshake quality. Service is excellent and no hidden costs. Each appointment is adapted to the customer's wishes and you are reminded of the appointment.
