Weil die MitarbeiterInnen von Messerle Fragen zu den Produkten, die ich suchte, nicht auswichen oder ignorierten (alles schon vorgekommen in unserer schönen, neuen Shopping-Welt), sondern fachlich fundiert beantworteten. Ein menschliches Gegenüber, das sich auskennt. Sehr angenehm im allgegenwärtigen 24/7 Konsumloop. 5 stars from me. Why? Because the Messerle employees did not evade or ignored questions about the products I was looking for (everything has already happened in our beautiful, new shopping world), but answered them professionally. A human counterpart who knows his way around. Very pleasant in the omnipresent 24/7 consumer loop.

Aber oben angekommen wurde ich direkt von der äußerst netten und fachkundigen verkäuferin in empfang genommen. Wirklich top beraten und auch sehr starkes hintergundwissen gehabt. Jetzt muss nur noch mein stuhl kommen ☺ das liegt aber im ermessen des produzenten. Bin froh das ich ein lokalen Händler gefunden habe. Bürobedarf wird nur noch da gekauft.
