Betrifft : Den Verkäufer scheint um die 50 zu sein schwer zu sagen mit der Maske.
Wenn ich in ein Geschäft gehe erwarte ich mir vom Personal eine Beratung,
Sonst kann ich es gleich im Internet bestellen!
Leider wird man aufgrund seines Erscheinungsbildes ( Badehose/und T-Shirt ) vom "geschulten" Verkäufer getreu dem Motto Schubladen denken abgestempelt.
Auf Fragen wird Abfertigend geantwortet.
Mitarbeiter verwendet Keine offenen Fragen - nur geschlossene Fragen die der Kunde mit Ja/Nein beantwortet.
Wenn mann einen Gin /Wein haben möchte und fragt geht der Verkäufer zum Aufsteller und nimmt eine Flasche in die Hand und zeigt sie.
Wenn Sie die Falsche aber angreifen wollen dreht er sie weg und verweist auf die Covid Bestimmungen.
( aber die Maske unter der Nase tragen ist selbstverständlich Covid konform)
Ob ich sie auch kaufen wollte fragte mich der Verkäufer.
Wurde in meinem ganzen Leben die Frage noch nie gefragt außer bei Wein und Co.
Ich dachte mir nur ok.?
Wollte im Endeffekt 12Gin Flaschen kaufen und noch 40-50 Flaschen Wein.
Für eine Geburtstags Feier.
Ich verließ das Geschäft mit EINER Flasche Monkey47.
Denn Rest kann ich auch wo anderes kaufen mir ging es um die Beratung. Welche Katastrophe war.

Unfortunately, because of your appearance (swimming trunks and T-shirt), the "trained" salesperson stamps you, true to the motto think drawers.
Questions will be answered in a dispatching manner.
Employee uses No open questions - only closed questions that the customer answers with yes / no.
If you want a gin / wine and asks, the seller goes to the display and takes a bottle in his hand and shows it.
But if you want to attack the wrong person, he turns you away and refers you to the Covid regulations.
(but wearing the mask under your nose is of course Covid compliant)
The seller asked me if I wanted to buy them too.
The question has never been asked in my whole life except for wine and Co.
I just thought ok.
In the end I wanted to buy 12 bottles of gin and 40-50 bottles of wine.
For a birthday celebration.
I left with ONE bottle of Monkey47.
Because I can also buy the rest where else I was interested in advice. What a disaster it was.
