★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Leihauto musste ich früher als vereinbart zurückbringen, da es einer der Verkäufer gebraucht hat. Offensichtlich haben sie nur ein Auto für ihre Mitarbeiter. Spricht natürlich für das Autohaus ... Von einem Leihauto erwartet man, dass es vollgetankt und innen drinnen sauber ist. Das war nicht der Fall. Das Auto war kurz vor der Reserve. Von außen war es sauber, doch innen drin wurde nicht geputzt und außerdem befanden sich einige private Dinge vom Verkäufer im Auto. Wenn man ein Auto vom Service abholt, dann erwartet man, dass es geputzt und gewaschen wurde. Das Autohaus Katterl sieht das offensichtlich etwas anders. Vermutlich haben sie Angst, dass der Kunde zufrieden ist und vielleicht in Zukunft wiederkommt. Wie es scheint, möchte man das unbedingt verhindern. Gratulation! Das hat dieses Autohaus bei mir definitiv geschafft.
I had to return the rental car earlier than agreed because one of the sellers needed it. Obviously, they only have one car for their employees. Speaks for the car dealership, of course ... A rental car is expected to be fully fueled and clean inside. That was not the case. The car was just before the reserve. It was clean on the outside, but there was no cleaning inside and there were also some private things from the seller in the car. When you pick up a car from service, you expect it to be cleaned and washed. The Autohaus Katterl obviously sees things a little differently. They are probably afraid that the customer will be satisfied and may come back in the future. It seems that one absolutely wants to prevent this. Congratulations! This dealership has definitely done that for me.
