Das was wir buchten bekamen wir nicht und wie wir wieder aus dem Urlaub heim kamen stellten wir die Dame zur Rede und sie meinte ja das ist eh das selbe und wir hätten zu spät gebucht darum bekamen wir nicht das was wir gebucht hatten. Und bei der Reiseversicherung wurde uns auch nicht gesagt das wir bis 300 Euro wenn wir krank werden selber zahlen müssen. Erst ab 300 Euro zahlt die Versicherung. Voll die abzocke in meinen Augen. Nie wieder. We booked the first time and were ripped off right away. We did not get what we booked and as we came back from vacation we asked the lady to the speech and she said that is the same anyway and we had booked too late so we did not get what we had booked. And with the travel insurance we were not told that we have to pay 300 euros if we are sick. Only from 300 euros pays the insurance. Full of the rip-off in my eyes. Never again.

Jetzt wollten wir einen 2 Versuch wagen doch schon beim Betreten wurden wir extremst unfreundlich Begrüßt ect..., wie können nur jeden davon Abraten. Anscheinend wollen die (k)ein Geschäft machen. Die Geschäftsführerin gehört dringend ausgetauscht! Nur noch online oder über die restplatzbörse Hotline die bemühen sich sind sehr zuvorkommend und höflich! o	onmyway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service unzufriedenstellend! Ohne Begrüßung oder anderen Kommentaren (zB. Setzen Sie sich doch...) mussten wir mind. 30 Minuten warten. Dies nur um dann gesagt zu bekommen, dass sie (...Filialleiterin...) die Leistung nicht anbieten kann, weil wenn ich das selbst online nicht buchen kann, könne es sie auch nicht. Außerdem würde sich das Geschäft nicht rentieren - mein Wunsch sei zu billig. Darüber hinaus sei sie eine halbe Stunde mit der Buchung beschäftigt was zu lange sei. Dazu möchte ich anmerken, dass außer mir niemand im Reisebüro war. Ich fühlte mich absolut nicht willkommen. Wohl wissend, dass ich eine andere Filiale der Restplatzbörse unter Umständen in Betracht ziehen würde, die Filiale in Vöcklabruck bestimmt nicht. Und jedem, der die Buchung einer Reise als angenehme Erfahrung erleben möchte, würde ich gleiches empfehlen. Service unsatisfactory! Knowing well that I might consider another branch of the remaining stock exchange, the branch in Vöcklabruck certainly won't. And I would recommend the same to everyone who wants to make the booking of a trip a pleasant experience.

Wenn man ein Reisebüro mit so tollen Mitarbeitern in der Nähe hat gibt es wirklich keinen Grund mehr die Reisen online zu buchen. Mehr als verdiente 5 ⭐️ So I'm very excited. The employees there are very nice, competent and very warm ❤️. The prices are right too. What more do you want!? When you have a travel agency with such great staff nearby, there really is no reason to book trips online anymore. More than deserved 5 ⭐️
