A	Alexander Schreiber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechtes Autohaus bei einem Neukauf. Ein Bekannter hat sich einen Neuwagen um ~25.000€ gekauft. Bei der Übergabe von dem KFZ war das Auto weder poliert, noch gewaschen. Es war nichts vorbereitet und während der Wartezeit wurde weder ein Kaffee noch ein Glas Wasser angeboten. Herr Berthold, der unser Verkäufer war, war neben der Übergabe noch mit vielen anderen Dingen beschäftigt und hat uns nur sehr mangelhaft betreut. Seine ersten Worte nach der Begrüßung waren : ".. die Rechnung ist auch schon vorbereitet.". Es sagt übrigens eh schon alles aus, wenn Herr Berthold hier auf Google eine 5 Sterne Bewertung von seinem Autohaus abgibt. Nie wieder dort. Very bad dealership when buying a new one. An acquaintance bought a new car for ~ 25,000 €. When the vehicle was handed over, the car was neither polished nor washed. Nothing was prepared and neither coffee nor a glass of water was offered during the waiting period. Mr. Berthold, who was our seller, was involved in many other things in addition to the handover and looked after us very poorly. His first words after the greeting were: ".. the bill is already prepared.". It says it all anyway, when Mr. Berthold gives a 5 star rating from his car dealer here on Google. Never there again.
C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein liebstes Autohaus. Schnelle Termine, ehrliche Personen und gutes Service. Dir Ersatzteilservice hat hier einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich kam ins Autohaus mit dem Anliegen, mein Sitz Quitscht und so ein komisches metallplättchen lag am Boden. Sofort wusste der Mitarbeiter was ich meinte und brauchte. Sogar eine Einbauanleitung wurde ausgedruckt, und mir anhand der Vorlage erklärt was zu tun sei. Die Beratungen sind ehrlich und kompetent. Auch die Werkstatt ist schnell und zuverlässig. My favorite car dealership. Fast appointments, honest people and good service. Spare parts service left you a good impression here. I came to the dealership with the request, my seat squeaked and such a strange metal plate lay on the floor. The employee immediately knew what I meant and needed. Even an installation guide was printed out and explained to me on the basis of the template what to do. The advice is honest and competent. The workshop is also quick and reliable.

Lienbacher hat es durch seine unkomplizierte und kompetente Art geschafft mir ein Auto zu verkaufen noch dazu nur von ihm , jede Frage wurde beantwortet oder er hat sich erkundigt um sie bestmöglich zu beantworten ich betone es deswegen so deutlich falls eine Frau einen Wagen kaufen möchte, ich habe absichtlich auf eine männliche Begleitung verzichtet bei anderen Autohändler hatte ich den Eindruck nicht ernst genommen zu werden und die Fragen wurden nur den Mann beantwortet obwohl ich sie gestellt habe, also bin ich allein losgezogen zu vielen Autohäusern bzw. Plätze ich wollte einen Gebrauchten endlich bei Mazda Heiss wurde ich fündig ,Hrn. Lienbacher hat mich als Kundin behandelt und nicht als Verirrte von A bis Z gut begleitet und der festen Überzeugung einen guten fairen Kauf gemacht zu haben. Danke nochmal an Hrn. Lienbacher Kudos to Mazda Heiss especially to Mr. Lienbacher I am a big skeptic and really rarely impressed, but Mr. Thanks to his uncomplicated and competent manner, Lienbacher managed to sell me a car, and only from him, every question was answered or he asked to answer it as best as possible, that's why I emphasize it so clearly if a woman wants to buy a car, me I deliberately did without a male escort at other car dealers, I had the impression that I was not being taken seriously and the questions were only answered by the man even though I asked them, so I went alone to many car dealerships or places I finally wanted a used vehicle from Mazda Heiss I found what I was looking for, Mr. Lienbacher treated me as a customer and not accompanied me as a stray from A to Z and was firmly convinced that he had made a good, fair purchase. Gute Verfügbarkeit und Kommunikation, außer freitags Nachmittag ab 13 Uhr sind die Verantwortlichen nicht mehr im Haus, Übergabe des Fahrzeugs nur durch Werkstattmitarbeiter. Rechnung wurde per Post nachgeschickt. Schnelle, sorgfältige und präzise Arbeit. Auf Kulanz haben wir sogar Ersatzfahrzeug kostenlos bekommen. Weiter so! Very good Mazda dealer and workshop. Good availability and communication, except Fridays afternoon from 13 clock are those responsible no longer in the house, delivery of the vehicle only by workshop staff. Invoice was forwarded by mail. Fast, careful and precise work. On goodwill, we even got a replacement vehicle for free. Keep it up!
