★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Auch 5min Fehler Auslesen am Board Computer wird bei Stammkunden mit 1h Arbeitszeit verrechnet, ohne dass eine Reparaturleistung erbracht wird.
Unfortunately not very customer-friendly. Even 5min error reading on the board computer is charged with 1h working time for regular customers, without a repair service being performed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Neuwagenkauf funktioniert zuerst der Drucker nicht. Einen Tag später kostet der Wagen dann 500 Euro mehr. Nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich. Es gibt auch noch andere Autohändler, vielleicht wollen die ja ein Geschäft abschließen. Leider wird es halt kein Honda mehr. Auf gar keinen Fall bei Stahl.
When you buy a new car, the printer does not work at first. A day later, the car then costs 500 euros more. Not very customer friendly. There are other car dealerships too, maybe they want to close a deal. Unfortunately it won't be a Honda anymore. Definitely not with steel.
