★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had small problem with our car on the way to Italy .After short phone conversation (in English ?)We could come over and they look right away what was wrong. Lady who works there offered us drinks and given few hints what we could in the area to entertain our kids in mean time. After short time problems was detected and they ordered part had to be changed.Next day morning car was ready.The place was so nice that we were happy we had to spend there one night?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our car broke down on summer holiday in Austria we ended up at Autohaus Esser to have it repaired. The cylinders were soaking wet after a severe thunderstorm. The personell was extremely helpful and kind, speaking perfect English next to their native language. Good communication, clear and super-quick service had our car back on the road in two days. Autohaus Esser saved our holiday with great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flat tyre on my Skoda during my holidays. It was the last few hours before Esser would close for the year, while they still had a couple of cars to sevice. I went skiing and the puncture was fixed two hours later. This was friendly and great service at a very reasonable cost. It was little effort for me to get this inconvenience fixed. Very thankful
