Andrei ist freundlich, pünktlich und ehrlich. Probefahrt bei der Besichtigung inklusive. Bei Rückfragen nach dem Kauf war er sofort erreichbar und hilfreich. Jederzeit wieder, aber hab ja jetzt schon mein Auto <3 Fast and honest settlement. I found the car on the internet and found it exactly as described. Very clean. Andrei is friendly, punctual and honest. Test drive included with the tour. He was immediately available and helpful for questions after the purchase. Anytime again, but already have my car <3
Z	Zoe Köll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rate jeden davon ab! Man musste mehrmals anrufen und bekam dennoch nie eine richtige Antwort. Händler spricht sehr schlechtes Deutsch. Wenn man nach einem TÜV fragt bekommt man immer eine neue Ausrede aufgetischt. Advise everyone against it! You had to call several times and still never got a correct answer. Dealer speaks very bad German. If you ask about a TÜV, you always get a new excuse.
R	Rick Pipping on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfreundlicher und unprofessioneller Autoverkäufer...Normalerweise nicht ein Stern wert!!! Angaben im internet stimten vorne und hinten nicht. Probe fahrt wolte der verkaufer nicht zulassen. grund seie ich würde dass auto nicht kaufen wollen. Trots lange anreise und vor anmeldung wolte der verkaufer nicht zum vereinbahrten termin kommen. Muste mich am telefon schon mit ihn auseinandersetzen.. Sein auto hof ist sowas von dermasen zu geparkt dass es nicht mal möglich wäre eine probefahrt zu machen daher er erst mal 10 andere autos bewegen muss. Nicht zum empfehelen !!!!!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional car salesman ... Usually not worth a star !!! Information on the internet was wrong in front and behind. The seller did not want to allow a test drive. reason being i wouldn’t want to buy that car. Despite a long journey and before registration, the seller did not want to come to the agreed time. I had to deal with him on the phone .. His car yard is so parked that it wouldn't even be possible to do a test drive, so he has to move 10 other cars first. Not to be recommended !!!!!!

Bei der Abwicklung eines Top Fahrzeuges oder bei der Rücknahme einer gebrauchten Autos. Wurde immer alles schnellst möglich erledigt. Ich kann die Firma im guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. S	Stefan Niederwieser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfreundlich und sehr schlecht zu verstehen am Telefon. Der Verkäufer wollte sich auch nicht wirklich die Zeit nehmen mit mir zu sprechen. Habe mehrmals gefragt, ob er mir den TÜV Bericht des Fahrzeuges schicken kann. Geschafft hat er es nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen aber nicht. Traurig wenn man als potentieller Käufer nicht vom Verkäufer wahrgenommen wird. Es scheint so, als wolle der Verkäufer etwas verheimlichen. Ich kann von diesem Händler nur abraten!!! Absolutely unfriendly and very difficult to understand on the phone. The seller didn't really want to take the time to talk to me either. I asked several times if he could send me the TÜV report for the vehicle. However, after asking several times, he didn't make it. It's sad when the seller does not see you as a potential buyer. It seems like the seller is trying to hide something. I can only advise against this dealer!

Anstand und Respekt sind anscheinend ein Fremdwort,...! It's shocking how rude and arrogant you can be when a potential customer is interested in one of your vehicles! Decency and respect are apparently a foreign word,...!
I	Ivan Galjak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schockiert über das feindselige Verhalten des Verkäufers. Auf Autoscout24 steht, dass die Arbeitszeit freitags bis 18 Uhr ist. Ich habe um 15:47 Uhr eine Nachricht gesendet, um herauszufinden, ob das Auto verkauft wurde. Niemand antwortete mir, also rief ich um 17:45 Uhr an. Der Verkäufer schrie mich an, warum ich anrufe und dass ich ab Montag anrufen sollte (Autoscout24 sagt, dass sie auch samstags arbeiten), und legte auf. Ich habe ihm eine Nachricht geschickt, um mich für den Anruf zu entschuldigen, er hat eine Nachricht in Großbuchstaben gesendet: Das Auto ist VERKAUFT !!! Eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. I am shocked by the hostile behavior of the seller. Autoscout24 states that the working hours on Fridays are until 6 p.m. I messaged at 3:47pm to find out if the car was sold. No one answered me so I called at 5:45pm. The salesman yelled at me why I was calling and that I should call from Monday (Autoscout24 says they also work on Saturdays) and hung up. I messaged him to apologize for the call, he sent a message in capital letters: The car is SOLD!!! A very unpleasant experience.
G	Gernot Riedl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mir ein Auto anschauen. Musste Händler anrufen bzgl Termin. Er hat gemeint er kommt nur wenn ich das Auto kaufe. "Höflicherweise" ist er dann doch gekommen. Auf die Anfrage für einen Ankaufstest usw habe ich keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Gewährleistung gibt es bei Ihm sowieso keine hat er noch gesagt. Hat bei mir keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. I wanted to see a car. Had to call dealer for appointment. He said he would only come if I bought the car. "Politely" he came after all. I didn't get an answer to the request for a purchase test, etc. There is no guarantee with him anyway, he said. Didn't make a good impression on me.
