Man wollte uns noch weiss machen, dass wir keinen gemeinsamen Termin fixiert haben. Verkaufsleiter wollte mit uns nicht sprechen, weigerte sich vor Ort Stellung zu nehmen, obwohl sein Kollege vor uns mit ihm telefoniert hat und ihn auf den Termin aufmerksam gemacht hat.
Deadlines are not kept!
They wanted to make us know that we have not set an appointment together. Sales manager did not want to speak to us, refused to comment on site, although his colleague phoned him in front of us and made him aware of the appointment.
