x	xG Tesla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company's only serious error is to place connections in Vienna to other places with minimum displacement interval. When I say minimal, it's less than 40 minutes. How can a person get into the Schengen space, then in the luggage control and then run to the Gates located at the end of the corridor in less than 30 minutes? It is an impossible adventure. So they need to review this policy with longer time for flights connections. The Organization of Vienna Airport is chaotic, you should avoid this airport. Example: If a flight from Brussels to Vienna and then another of Vienna to Odessa. There is no luggage control in Vienna. Return to Vienna, there will be a control, but why? Is not the control in Odessa enough? They need to create a corridor that there is no need for a new luggage control when we arrived in Vienna. I lost a flight precisely for this "failure", fortunately my boss authorized my absentee on Monday and I received a vouche for a lovely room in front of the airport with dinner and breakfast included. But I saw people crying because they needed to be at their place of destination on the same planned day. In the flights from Brussels to Vienna or Vienna to Odessa and vice versa, there was no service of products (clock, perfumery, etc.). Unfortunate. Customer service and excellent board. I liked the company, despite this unpleasant situation at Vienna Airport.

Wish they had more of a wide selection in business class. The seats also were a bit too uncomfortable flying all the way from Toronto and sitting in on an 8 hour flight was not the best thing. The crew were friendly and were willing to help out where necessary.
S	Scott Fong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 bookings in a row, 3 canceled flights and one lost baggage with items stolen and no assistance from Austrian. All business class bookings too. They are absolutely terrible. They are an embarrassment to Star Alliance.

We loose our flight connection from Vienna till Podgorica due to bad weather … can happen, I don’t blame for that. 2. As we were in Cologne airport and there’s no counter of Austrian Airlines we were calling for more than an hour to Austrian Airlines and none answer … NONE. 3. Once we arrived to Vienna airport it was a great chaos, there were no personal of Austrian Airlines there to inform the passengers. Finally after almost one hour, we found the counter of “Customer Service”. Austrian relocate us in a hotel for that night. They pay the way to the hotel, but not the transport till the airport the day after. 4. We paid a taxi, kept the ticket, sent it to them and after almost one month none answered. I already assume that they’ll not give us the 50€ back of the taxi. 5. Once we arrived to Podgorica, they lost my luggage, I was already 48h with the same clothes. 6. Finally, when I received the luggage all my clothes were wet. Thank you Austrian Airlines. Amazing experience. As I said, I wrote them claiming the refund of the taxi and the hotel night that I lost in Podgorica due to the lost flight … I don’t think that they’ll attend my complain, was around 200€ in total. Next time I prefer to walk bare footing 1.000Km before to take one flight with them. It’s a pity that’s not possible to put minus stars. Austrian Airlines never again.

I didn’t understand why, but my luggage didn’t arrive simultaneously with me. I bought tickets from #AustrianAirlines, a subcategory of #Lufthansa, more expensive than the other airlines due to having a direct flight, consumer services, and getting more respect for consumers' rights; however, I faced unlike what expected by tolerating so much pressure during 21 stressful days. They pushed me into this situation, so they should accept their responsibilities. They didn’t compensate me without any attention to the EU flight passengers' rules. I will never have a flight with this airline again, and I propose you not take it either. Use another airline INSTEAD OF #AustrianAirlines !!!

But when you do check in online they don't mention there's is a page where you need to upload your documents for the travel so most certainly you won't be able to finish your check in. When called for help, they're not very cordial. However at the desk in Paris I saw how they were extremely helpful with a refugee lady. At gate they re check for covid vaccination and Covid test and so (even if you already uploaded them, presented them at the Desk... )So we have again to wait in line for more than 30 minutes at the gate.
J	J K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible food! Absolutely disgusting quality, inedible, small portions, no meat, only vegetables/eggs. Spent 10 hours on a flight, got food only twice (no snacks), and the quality was way below what was expected, as the tickets were not cheap either. You also have to pay extra for checked luggage and seat selection, which is expected from a low-cost airline. Austrian is apparently a high-cost airline with a low-cost mentality
M	Michael Mack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just flew from Prague to Vienna and return. While the flight was very short, I enjoyed my experience on Austrian (1st time flying). Clean planes, comfortable seating. The transit in Vienna is easy. Would definitely fly them again.
