★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Runde Aussichtsplattform mit Blick auf das Stift Melk und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ausblick auf das Stift ist allerdings nicht sehr besonders, von vielen anderen Orten erhält man einen besseren Blick. Am besten gleich die Brücke nach der Aussichtsplattform rübergehen, von der anderen Seite sieht man wesentlich mehr, oder den Weg nach der Aussichtsplattform Richtung Norden gehen zu einem großen Parkplatz, auch hier hat man eine wesentliche interessantere Sicht.
Round viewing platform with a view of Melk Abbey and seating. However, the view of the pen is not very special, you get a better view from many other places. The best thing to do is to cross the bridge immediately after the viewing platform, you can see a lot more from the other side, or take the path to the north to the viewing platform to a large parking lot, here too you have a much more interesting view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von der Aussichtsplattform Stift Melk hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Kloster. Sehenswert ist auch die Hochwasseranzeige der Donau.
From the Melk Abbey viewing platform you have a beautiful view of the monastery. The high water indicator of the Danube is also worth seeing.
