Angefangen mit der freundlichen Begrüßung der Gattin von Herrn Dr. Findl, bis weiter zu den Voruntersuchungen bei ausgesprochen netten Augenärzten/Augenärztinnen. Die Untersuchung bei Dr. Findl ist stets sachlich und wird (auch für den laien) gut erklärt. Der gesamte Ablauf von der Erstaufnahme, über die OP bis hin zu den Nachkontrollen lief problemlos. You feel in good hands from the very first second. Starting with the friendly greeting of the wife of Dr. Ing. Findl, until further to the preliminary examinations with extremely nice oculists. The investigation by Dr. med. Findl is always factual and is well explained (even for the layman). The entire process, from initial admission to surgery to follow-up, ran smoothly.

Das erste Gespräch war sehr ausführlich und auch für einen Laien gut verständlich. Prof Findl nahm mir jede Angst, und ich habe mich nach dem Gespräch spontan für den Eingriff entschieden. Nach 20 Minuten schmerzfreiem Eingriff erlangte ich volle Sehkraft. Selbst kleinstgeschriebener Text ist kein Problem. Alle Brillen wurden entsorgt. Eine unglaubliche Verbesserung der Lebensqualität. Univ. Prof. Findl konnte mich schmerzfrei in jeweils 15 Minuten unter Lokalanästhesie erst links, dann rechts - im Abstand von einer Woche - von dieser Behinderung befreien. Nach jeweils 1 1/2 Stunden in einer modernst ausgestatteten Tagesklinik konnte ich nach Hause gebracht werden. Ich sehe seither fast alles ohne Brille, und werde wegen Astigmatismus nur zum Lesen von Kleinstgedruktem eine leichte Korrekturbrille benötigen. Betonen will ich wie rasch, schmerzfrei und unkompliziert die beiden Eingriffe gelungen sind!
