Individualwünsche (z.b. schwer zu beschaffende Fassungen) sind kein Problem für diese Firma, auch dann, wenn andere Optiker abwinken und auf das eigene Sortiment verweisen. Auch der Service nach dem Brillenkauf ist perfekt. Very good advice, one strives to find the optimal solution for the customer and not the optimal sales solution. Individual requests (eg hard-to-get sockets) are no problem for this company, even if other opticians dismiss and refer to their own assortment. The service after the purchase of glasses is perfect.
A	Armin Iskra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 Monate nach Kauf meiner Brille (+ opt. Sonnenbrille) muss ich sagen dass ich noch bei keinem anderen Optiker so zufrieden war wie hier. Sehr ausführliche Beratung und Messung, es wird sich für alle Fragen Zeit genommen und der Service, auch nach dem Kauf, ist richtig gut. Bisher hatte ich (aus vermeintlichen Preisgründen) immer bei einer Optikerkette gekauft, unbegründet, denn hier bekomme ich besseren Service, mehr Zeit und bessere Produkte (Auswahl aus 100en Gläsertypen und nicht 3 oder 4 wie beim Brillendiscount) zum selben, günstigen Preis. Fazit: kleines, eher unscheinbares Optikergeschäft mit freundlichem, engagiertem Chef und Mitarbeitern, die ihre Arbeit verstehen. Und das gute Gefühl obendrauf bei einem österreichischen Familienbetrieb gekauft zu haben. Absolute Empfehlung, 5 Sterne und "Daumen hoch". 6 months after buying my glasses (+ opt. Sunglasses) I have to say that I have never been as satisfied with any other optician as here. Very detailed advice and measurement, it takes time for all questions and the service, even after the purchase, is really good. So far (for supposed price reasons) I always bought from an optician chain, unfounded, because here I get better service, more time and better products (choice of 100 lens types and not 3 or 4 as with the glasses discount) at the same, affordable price. Conclusion: small, rather inconspicuous optician with friendly, committed boss and employees who understand their work. And the good feeling of having bought on top from an Austrian family business. Absolute recommendation, 5 stars and "thumbs up".

Egal ob Neuanschaffung, Anpassung, Reparaturen oder das kostenlose Service (inklusive "Tratscherl" mit dem Chef). Our optician for the whole family. Decades now. A small but nice shop. Whether it's a new purchase, adjustment, repairs or the free service (including "chatting" with the boss).

Das Gestell wurde noch angepasst und meine alten Gläser netterweise entsorgt. Ich musste dafür nichts extra zahlen. Bei einer gewissen Kette hätte allein die "Fremdfassung" zur Glaseinfassung schon einen Aufschlag bedeutet. Und die Neigung der Brille passend ein zu stellen hatte die "Kette", wo ich sonst immer Kunde war, auch nie gemacht. Wusste nicht einmal dass man das kann/machen lassen muss. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde auch beim nächsten mal wieder dort hin gehen. Really very nice people, friendly and open-minded. I was able to bring my own glasses frame to have my new glasses set. The frame was adjusted and my old glasses kindly disposed of. I didn't have to pay anything extra for it. With a certain chain, the "foreign version" alone would have meant a premium to the glass frame. And the "chain", where I was usually a customer, never made the inclination of the glasses appropriate. Didn't even know that you can / have to have it done. I am very satisfied and will go there again next time.
