Sehr freundlicher Kontakt und kompetente Hilfestellung zur Überfahrt in die Schweiz. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist top! I needed a van at short notice. I could reserve the vehicle over the phone and pick it up an hour later. Everything went well. Very friendly contact and competent assistance for the crossing to Switzerland. Price / performance ratio is great!

Zuerst wurde ich lustlos und dann auch noch unfreundlich behandelt. Da ich nicht verstanden habe, warum ich, obwohl ich auf dem Festnetz angerufen hatte, nochmals anrufen soll, wurde das Telefonat bewusst von (Vermutung dem Chef) beendet. Leider gehen nicht Null Sterne. I wanted to inquire about the prices for a rental car. I need a rental car every Saturday. Apparently not wanted. At first I was treated listlessly and then treated unkindly. Since I didn't understand why I should call again, although I had called on the landline, the call was deliberately ended by (presumption of the boss). Unfortunately, there are no zero stars.

Herr Kopf ist ein Profi in der Vermietung so nett und herzlich wurde ich noch nie Empfangen jeder Zeit wieder und mehr als Empfehlenswert fünf Sterne sind zu wenig eigentlich. Simply everything top of the call, availability, quality, cleanliness, friendliness. Mr. Kopf is a professional in renting so nice and warm I have never been received again and more than recommendable five stars are actually not enough.

The van I rented was in stunning conditions, punctually ready for collection, full tank and tidy. I used their van to import a motorbike from abroad and it all worked fantastically well: the van was sufficiently roomy, the floor's height from the ground is perhaps the lowest in its category and this made loading and unloading very simple and safe, no need to get anybody to help, one would only need a good and solid ramp, job done! I highly recommend Kopf and their staff: competent, polite and professional.
