S	Sarah T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer wieder Störungen! Störungsdienst meldet sich nicht zurück obwohl man mehrmals dort anruft?! Sehr schlechter Kundendienst meiner Meinung nach. Als ich zb. einmal wegen einer Frage angerufen habe wurde nebenbei mal erwähnt das mein Router veraltet sei und ich einen neuen bräuchte. Hätte ich nicht angerufen hätte ich bis jetzt noch meinen alten! Kann diesen Internetanbieter nicht empfehlen und werde bei Vertragsende auch wechseln. Faults again and again! Fault service does not report back even though you call there several times ?! Very poor customer service in my opinion. For example, when I once called for a question it was mentioned that my router was out of date and I needed a new one. If I hadn't called, I would still have had my old one! Can't recommend this internet provider and will switch when the contract ends.

Wer die Möglichkeit hat, sollte Asak wählen :) Best Internet in Vöcklabruck! I have been a customer for a long time and I am very satisfied with the quality of the internet. The customer service is also great. If you have the option, you should choose Asak :)

F	Freude am Leben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War soweit zufrieden was mich stört ist das Plötzlich nach einigen Monaten einige Sender nicht mehr verfügbar sind und daher finde ich Asak zu teuer daher werde ich zu einem Anderen Anbieter wechseln. Was satisfied so far what bothers me is that suddenly after a few months some channels are no longer available and therefore I find Asak too expensive so I will switch to another provider.
S	Serhat Seval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise war die Internetverbindung sehr zuverlässig und konstant aber in letzer zeit kommen immer häufiger totalausfälle wo die Internetverbindung teils stunden ausfallen und dann wieder funktionieren nur um wenige minuten darauf wieder total ausfallen, Bitte beheben dann gibts auch wieder 5 Sterne Normally the internet connection was very reliable and constant, but lately there have been more and more total failures where the internet connection sometimes fails for hours and then works again only a few minutes afterwards, please fix it and then there are 5 stars again
C	C.H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundendienst 1a , bei technischen Problemen wird schnell reagiert und man wird auch vom Techniker zurückgerufen den Stern Abzug gebe ich nur, weil ich der Meinung bin, dass es im preislichen Sektor einfach zu hoch angesiedelt ist- aber das ist (noch) verkraftbar Customer service 1a, technical problems are reacted to quickly and the technician will call you back I'm only deducting a star because I think it's just too high in the price range - but that's (still) manageable
