★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde und mir sind ein paar Sachen Aufgefallen. Das Internet fällt regelmäßig aus, 1x alle paar Stunden bricht für ein paar Sekunden die Verbindung ab( nicht gut für Down&Uploads). Ich weiß sie schieben es immer auf den Router, allerdings habe ich diese das letzte mal wo anders überprüfen lassen und sie waren einwandfrei, bei ihm hätte ich wieder einen Neuen kaufen sollen. Und mann kann es auch daran erkennen ob deine Geräte noch eine WLAN Verbindung haben, Aber Keine zum Netzwerk(Internet).
Stammkunden sind NICHTS Wert, sieht man am besten welche Angebote NUR Neukunden Bekommen.(zb: Glasfaseranschluß, Neukunde-900€ Stammkunde-2-3.000€).
(Wlan verstärker: beim Dax muss man Leitungen verlegen lassen. In Vöcklamarkt bekommt man einen um 50-80€.)
Er wird einfach teurer! Aber Service&Leistung verbessert sich nicht. Manchmal wird das Netz ohne Vorwarnung ausgeschaltet. Du Rufst an um ein Verbindungsausfall zu Melden, und dann kannst du dich anschnauzen lassen.
Have been a customer for many years and noticed a few things. The internet fails regularly, once every few hours the connection is lost for a few seconds (not good for down & uploads). I know they always push it onto the router, but the last time I had them checked somewhere else and they were flawless, I should have bought a new one from him. And you can also tell whether your devices still have a WiFi connection, but none to the network (Internet).
Regular customers are NOT worth anything, you can best see which offers ONLY new customers get (eg: fiber optic connection, new customer-900 € regular customer-2-3,000 €).
(WiFi amplifier: with the Dax you have to have lines laid. In Vöcklamarkt you can get one for 50-80 €.)
It just gets more expensive! But service & performance is not improving. Sometimes the network turns off without warning. You call to report a connection failure, and then you can be sniffed at.
