s	susi susane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die netten Damen sind mega nett und freundlich so was von kompetent die beste beratung was ich jemals bekommen habe es ist einfach zum weiter empfehlen und die was so was schlechtes schreiben habe sicher nur was zum norgeln ,weil so ein tolles team habe ich schon lange nicht kennengelernt die mir alles schritt für schritt erklärt haben einfach TOP The nice ladies are super nice and friendly so what kind of competent the best advice I have ever received it is easy to recommend and those who write something so bad certainly only have something to complain about, because I haven't had such a great team for a long time met who explained everything to me step by step, simply TOP

A	Aleksandra Aleks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Drei shop in gmunden ist der Beste die sind so freundlich und machen dir immer das beste angebot gehen mit dir immer alles durch und erklären es dir schritt für schritt wartezeit finde ich nicht schlimm wen man was gutes haben will muss man auch dafür warten müssen die Mädchen waren super nett und freundlich habe sich sehr gut ausgekannt und ich empfehle den Shop einfach nur weiter jeder sollte bei Ihnen vorbei schauen The Drei shop in gmunden is the best they are so friendly and always make you the best offer they always go through everything with you and explain it to you step by step waiting time is not bad if you want something good you have to wait for them The girls were super nice and friendly, I knew their way around very well and I just recommend the shop everyone should stop by your house
A	Alles Vasteakt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit 10 Jahren Kunde bei Drei bisher gab es nur Probleme meist inkompetente Beratung lange Wartezeiten auch während der Beratung, habe 4 mal meine Adresse ändern müssen 2 mal in Gmunden und 2 mal in Vöcklabruck dort haben sie mit meiner Telefonnummer immer irgendjemand anderen gefunden, warum weiß ich auch nicht. Rechnungsprobleme hat ich auch immer wieder habe öfter wieder umstellen müssen auf Abbucher bin da jedes mal hingefahren und habe Zeit verschwenden müssen. Weil ich es einmal nicht gemerkt habe, dass es nicht abgebucht wurde, war eine Rechnung von knapp €200 offen. Diese habe ich dann sofort im Shop bezahlt. Eine Weile später bekam ich die selbe Rechnung nochmal und musste diese nach langer Diskussion bezahlen (Da war ich auch Blöd weil ich mir keine Zahlungsbestätigung geben lassen hab und ich konnte es nur mit einer Zeugin beweisen) jetzt ist dieses Geld futsch... und und und... also da gäbs noch viel viel mehr was ich bemängeln könnte....also ich werde von Drei weggehen sowie meine ganze Familie die auch sehr lange bei Drei war I've been a customer of Drei for 10 years, so far there have only been problems, mostly incompetent advice, long waiting times even during the advice, I had to change my address 4 times, 2 times in Gmunden and 2 times in Vöcklabruck, where they always found someone else with my telephone number, why I do not know either. I had problems with my bills over and over again. Because I never noticed that it was not debited, an invoice of almost € 200 was open. I immediately paid for them in the shop. A while later I got the same invoice again and had to pay it after a long discussion (I was also stupid because I didn't get a payment confirmation and I could only prove it with a witness) Now this money is gone ... and and and ... so there is a lot more I could complain about .... so I will leave three and my whole family who was also at three for a very long time

P	Petra Renner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde hatte nie Probleme doch ist es den Mitarbeitern schlichtweg egal wen ein Kunde eine Frage hat beziehungsweise wird einen erklärt das muss man sowiso online machen. Auf eine Frage bezüglich einer Vertragsverlängerung und einen neuem Handy bekamm ich keine vernünftige Antwort darauf hin habe ich gesagt das ich den Vertrag kündigen werde wen es nicht möglich ist eine vernünftige Lösung zu finden. Daraufhin würde mir ein Zettel in die Hand gedrückt wie man kündigt. So sollte es sein Kunden zu optimieren den Vertrag zu kündigen. Top.. ? I've been a customer for many years, but the employees simply don't care who a customer has a question or is explained to you, you have to do it online anyway. When asked about a contract extension and a new cell phone I did not get a reasonable answer. I said that I would terminate the contract if it was not possible to find a reasonable solution. Then a slip of paper would be put in my hand as to how to quit. So it should be customer optimization to terminate the contract. Top .. ?
