Cannot be a better place to stay dine lounge in Saalbach..... Just amazing

Great place, great service and perfect location. The staff is serviceminded and always helpful, and the breakfast is very good. The pool is small, but the purpose for the stay was skiing. Recommended!

This review is for Seppi's, the new restaurant in this hotel. Fantastic service. My son loved his steak while my wife appreciated the deer filet. We will try to come every year.

Love this hotel! Great location, super nice spa! Top top restaurant (recommend the steaks). And service is amazing. Been here two times and will be back. The perfect location for skiing and afterski!

Hinterhag is an amazing place that we have come back to four times, almost every year. The design is perfect. Rooms are spacious and functional, with great views. A great addition is the breakfast and dinner included. Both are spectacular, delicious, and contain food that would not be available at a typical all-inclusive hotel. The location is also great. It is a quick walk to the slope (2 minutes). The service and people working at hinterhag are equally amazing as everything else. What we always find nice, are the cool people that can be found at Hinterhag. All of these are reasons why YOU should try the Hinterhag too. In addition- lift tickets in saalbach are very affordable and provide dozens of slopes and lifts throughout the town

Just back from 4 nights in this beautiful hotel. A great location with pool and sauna BUT we had major issues with the restaurant. Our group (8 total) dined the first night of our stay and found one of the staff very rude however the food was great and we were even given sparkling wine on arrival. We dined the next night too for convenience and the service was excellent, almost apologetic for the previous nights "misunderstanding" and again were given complimentary sparkling wine on arrival and a number of bread boards were dropped down to us. however when we reviewed the bill, we noticed that we were charged for the 8 glasses of "complimentary sparkling wine" and the 2 breadboards. When we complained, we were told that we shouldn't have accepted the wine and bread if we didn't want it. We again dined on our last night and blankly refused the sparkling wine which was dropped down to us and again refused the breadboard. The waiter said he wouldn't bring the breadboards back to the kitchen and it was free. Again we reviewed the bill and not only were we again charged for the breadboards we were charged €13.50 for 3 bottles of tap water. Each night our bill exceeded €450 so we weren't being tight but this deliberate attempt to scam us was a disgrace. We complained to the reception staff on check out as it was our second year in a row staying with a large group here and we were told that they receive these complains regularly.

A very nice and modern hotel with a large wellness center. Breakfast was tasty and with a lot of different options to choose from. Diner was okay, but the portion were too small, especially after a day of skiing. The rooms were clean and large, and had a nice design. We had a nice view of the Nordabfart black slope which was one of the best slopes of Saalbach during our visit.

Very poor customer service - hotel cancelled my booking without me requesting it and then refused to return my deposit. A month on and numerous emails and calls and I’m still waiting. They don’t answer calls or return emails. No doubt Covid an excuse but still be warned…
