★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sauna is good, last day 2 out of the 2 saunas were out of service though. Appertments are also good. Broader sauna times and a little flexibility in checkout times (only half an hour to checkout) would be the fifth star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay for a few days. Not especially luxurious but everything you need in a room is there. People are friendly and helpful. Also in the center of Saalbach so near all bars and restaurants. Also very close to the gondolas to go up the mountains. Been here twice and can imagine to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hospitality especially Andrea the caring staff; apartment is nice and warm, so good sleep; panoramic view from our both balconies right next to the red ski piste, with sun comes in the afternoon, like a private after ski terras; lift and gondolas are less than 5 min distance which is essential before and after skiing, well located as the village is quite hilly. We had a lovely sunrise walk nearby the hotel before ski lift starts; 2 supermarkets within walking distance, also the ski shop.1 Parking is reserved for each big apartment. P.S. Bread order service from the hotel is from a local germ, especially the sweet cheese one and choco croissant ? in-house pizza is very nice and lots of choice. Heated ski boots service is great, plus the sauna which can be booked individually per room, thank you so much for such wonderful holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely hotel. Our apartment was a great size, with plenty of seating, which is often a problem with six adults.
The staff were super friendly before and during our stay. Clearly very pleased to see tourists.
The hotel is nicely positioned. Very close to lifts, restaurants and a mini market. You can also ski back to the hotel from one side of the runs.
The bread delivery service is very convenient and reasonably priced too.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again and will look at other options in the Vaya group.
