Haben den VIP Raum für eine Party gemietet und extra gefragt ob wir Minecraft in der Gruppe spielen können und was wir dafür benötigen. Uns wurde versichert, dass dies möglich ist und alles funktionieren wird wenn wir ankommen. Tja, wir sind angekommen mit den Kids doch es ging nichts. Sie hatten weder Minecraft vorinstalliert noch Accounts zum Ausborgen damit man gemeinsam spielen kann. Wenn ich extra danach frage wäre es doch auch toll diesen Service zu bekommen. Auch als die Kids Fortnite spielen wollten, gab es keine Accounts zu verborgen und wir mussten neue Accounts anlegen bzw. konnten einfach nicht spielen. Das finde ich äußerst unprofessionell wenn ich schon einen solchen Raum habe. Ich möchte bei so einer Location nicht erst eine Stunde alle PCs vorbereiten müssen damit alle gemeinsam spielen können. Die Idee eines solchen Ortes ist toll, die Umsetzung benötigt DEFINITIV Wartung!!! Nice idea, badly implemented. Rented the VIP room for a party and asked if we can play Minecraft in a group and what we need for it. We have been assured that this is possible and that everything will work out when we arrive. Well, we arrived with the kids, but nothing worked. They had neither Minecraft preinstalled nor accounts to borrow so that you can play together. If I asked about it, it would be great to get this service. Even when the kids wanted to play Fortnite, there were no accounts to hide and we had to create new accounts or just couldn't play. I find that extremely unprofessional when I already have such a room. With such a location I don't want to have to prepare all the PCs for an hour so that everyone can play together. The idea of such a place is great, the implementation DEFINITELY requires maintenance!

Der Mitarbeiter meinte, man sollte einfach eine Mail schreiben, diese tat ich daraufhin auch (man konnte die Reservierung über das Telefon nicht gleich ausmachen). Über die Webseite schrieb ich die Mail und am Sonntag mit 6 Personen kam es zur bösen Überraschung, dass die Reservierung nie ankam und dass ein Event stattfindet (dieser wurde über das Telefon nicht weitervermittelt). Wenn die Mailfunktion nicht über die Webseite einwandfrei läuft, sollte man diese aus dem Kontaktsektion nicht anbieten. 6 Personen nahmen sich für diesen Tag auch frei, leider klappte es nicht, wie man es annimmt. Telefonisch erreichbar -> ich rief am Samstag und am Sonntag an, keiner hatte abgehoben. Aufgrund dieser Fakten, ist sogar 1 Stern noch zu viel. Hello Team Area52! I called you on Friday and asked for a reservation. The employee said, you should just write an email, I did so (you could not make out the reservation over the phone). On the website I wrote the mail and on Sunday with 6 people it came to the bad surprise that the reservation never arrived and that an event takes place (this was not forwarded over the phone). If the mail function does not work properly on the website, you should not offer it from the contact section. 6 people were also free for this day, unfortunately, it did not work, as one assumes. By phone -> I called on Saturday and Sunday, no one had picked up. Because of these facts, even 1 star is still too much.
3	32Ping on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War als ich 12 bis 14 Jahre alt (2015-2017) war so gut wie jeden offenen Tag dort. Ich konnte mich komplett auf Gaming konzentrieren (flow state) wegen der guten Atmosphäre dort, kein Stress, weg von Privatleben/Schule. Es ist nicht das selbe wie Zuhause zu spielen. Mit Freunden war Area spaßiger, vor allem die Events/Turniere. Gute Zeiten, hoffe die Kids heutzutage haben auch so viel Spaß dort When I was 12 to 14 years old (2015-2017) I was there almost every open day. I could concentrate completely on gaming (flow state) because of the good atmosphere there, no stress, away from private life / school. It's not the same as playing at home. Area was more fun with friends, especially the events / tournaments. Good times, hope the kids have so much fun there these days too
а	амаziиg Иigнтсоге on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein gutes Erlebnis und viel Spaß aber es wird langenweilig da man leider nur Spiele ab seinem Alter spielen darf ich als 14 jähriger habe schon mein Spaß dort aber würde gerne spiele wie valorant spielen die ich privat auch oft spiele geht aber leider nicht da es ab 16 ist und man dort nur altersgemäße spiele spielen kann aber sonst sehr gut man kann trinken kaufen und essen bestellen es gibt mehrere spiele installiert ist aber eingeschränkt als 14 jähriger oder jünger sonst ist das ein sehr guter Ort die PCs haben sehr viel Power und man kann auch auf Konsolen spielen der VIP Raum ist auch toll aber etwas zu kühl meiner meinung nach sonst ein sehr gute Ort für gamer die manche spiele nicht spielen können wegen deren PCs 4 von 5 Sternen wegen der Alters Beschränkung aber sonst TOP A good experience and a lot of fun but it will be boring because unfortunately you are only allowed to play games from your age I already have fun there as a 14 year old but I would like to play games like valorant which I also often play privately but unfortunately not because it is from 16 is and you can only play age-appropriate games there but otherwise you can buy drinks and order food there are several games installed but is limited if you are 14 years old or younger otherwise this is a very good place the PCs have a lot of power and you can too Playing on consoles the VIP room is also great but a bit too cool in my opinion otherwise a very good place for gamers who cannot play some games because of their PCs 4 out of 5 stars because of the age restriction but otherwise TOP

Die Atmosphäre hat sich geändert manche Mitarbeiter kommen ohne Lust in die Arbeit und sind unvernünftig nicht hilfsbereit. Finde ich sehr schade da zb früher wo der Andy da war es mehr Spaß gemacht hat. Very good place to relax and gamble. But unfortunately it's not the same as it used to be. The atmosphere has changed. Some employees come to work unwillingly and are unreasonably unhelpful. I think it's a shame there, for example, earlier where Andy was there it was more fun.
