★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful hotel with an excellent choice on breakfast and dinner. The rooms are great and in an old-fashioned style. Loved it. Everything was clean and most of the relevant electronic devices were there. In the evening you have the possibility to get a drink at the bar. The only thing is, that it is pretty expensive, even for a 4-star hotel. But all in one a gorgeous hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 4 stars hotel i must say thats the room no.134 had dirty the walls, the breakfast didn't seem fresh to me, bacon, although it was supposed to be warm, it was cold, hard. for € 198 I expect at least a discount on parking, if not free parking. otherwise the staff is friendly. Room up to the walls clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel and very kind staff! We got upgraded to the Kaiser Suite and our experience was just fantastic! The bar is worth a drink (or more) as well :). We loved the connection to the subway, which brings you downtown in a few minutes, but even a walk with nice weather will do just great! Also the shuttle service is very convenient with the stop just infront of the hotel! Would always come back

Negatives: No way to find food outside the "meals times". Empty fridge in room.
Vending machine is a rip-off. Took ¢5 and dispensed ¢2 item (no credit kept or returned), then charged my debit card ¢10 for ¢2.5 item. Complaint to staff at reception, they shrugged their shoulders and started to talk between themselves in German. Promised me to call the "engineer" next day. Nothing happened.
The following day the room wasn't serviced. A guy turned up at 6pm, for "housekeeping"!!
Written all the above on the feedback they requested. They didn't even acknowledged it. Very unprofessional.

But music at breakfast should be background music. Too noisy, disturbing and annoying.
