T	Tom Chovookkaran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aussicht super! Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und das Personal war sehr höflich. Leider ist das Essen nicht sehr angemessen. Lachsburger war viel zu süß , Steak war ziemlich geschmacklos und einfach nur das Nudelgericht (die bowl) war gut! Great view! Atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff was very polite. Unfortunately the food is not very adequate. Salmon burger was far too sweet, steak was rather tasteless and just the pasta dish (the bowl) was good!
M	Markus Krammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also wir waren heute zu 6t dort essen und nachdem das Restaurant nur 2,8 Sterne hatte haben wir auch nicht viel erwartet, aber ich muss ehrlich sagen dass ich äußerst positiv überrascht wurde! wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten, die Kellner waren super freundlich, das Essen war echt lecker (Wassermelone, Lachs Burger und alle 3 Nachspeisen), die Atmosphäre war angenehm und wir hatten einen schönen Abend. Also ich denke die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen haben sich mittlerweile aufgehoben (; So today we were there for 6t and after the restaurant had only 2.8 stars we didn't expect much, but I have to honestly say that I was very pleasantly surprised! we didn't have to wait long for the food, the waiters were super friendly, the food was really delicious (watermelon, salmon burger and all 3 desserts), the atmosphere was pleasant and we had a nice evening. So I think all the bad reviews have now been canceled (;
D	Dejan Jevremovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiefkühlpommes, Fertiger Kartoffelsalat aus dem Kübel, kein Salzstreuer kein Pfeffer, kein Besteck bekommen, keine Rechnung bekommen nur konsumationsbon, 2x covert also etwas Butter mit je 2schnitten Baguette (TK) und und grobes Salz... verrechnet um 3,80 € welches wir nichtmal gegessen haben weil wir kein Besteck hatten. Personal unproffesionel. Danke nie wieder Frozen fries, ready-made potato salad from the bucket, no salt shaker, no pepper, no cutlery, no bill, only receipt, 2x covers some butter with 2 sliced baguettes (frozen) and coarse salt ... offset 3.80 € which we didn't even eat because we didn't have cutlery. Staff unproffesionel. Thanks never again

Stylischer Innenbereich, wunderbare Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne, hin zum Kaiserwasser. Von der angrenzenden Wagramer Strasse bekommt man auf der Terrasse überhaupt nichts mit - Urlaubsfeeling und Loslassen vom Alltag. Eine nicht allzu große Karte, dafür aber eine abwechslungsreiche Speisenauswahl, gut saisonal abgestimmt und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ausgezeichnet zubereitet. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt, speziell die gegrillte Wassermelone war was völlig anderes und war echt spitze! Servicepersonal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es war ein schönes Essen - sehr zu empfehlen! Hotel Arcotel Kaiserwasser restaurant is located on the old Danube. Stylish interior, wonderful terrace with a view of the green, towards the Kaiserwasser. You won't notice anything on the terrace of the adjacent Wagramer Strasse - holiday feeling and letting go of everyday life. A not too big menu, but a varied menu, well seasoned and something for every taste. Excellent preparation. It tasted very good, especially the grilled watermelon was something completely different and was really great! Service staff was very nice and attentive. It was a nice meal - highly recommended!

(Wurde sofort an die Küche gemeldet) Bekamen Speisekarte des Vortages was dann für Verwirrung sorgte Preislich eher gehoben. Wenig Auswahl an Speisen zu Mittag Fazit : da Preislich im höheren Bereich, keine Empfehlung von mir, im DZ gibt es weitaus billigere Lokale mit mehr Auswahl zu günstigeren Preisen. We were there for lunch. + Pleasant atmosphere Little noise Friendly service Easy to reach with the U1 enjoy your meal - Beeftata was a bit bad. (Was reported to the kitchen immediately) Got menu the previous day which then caused confusion Rather more expensive. Little choice of dishes for lunch Conclusion: since price in the higher range, no recommendation from me, in the double room there are far cheaper places with more choice at cheaper prices.

Nevertheless, we waited 1h for the starters and another hour for the main course. Online, they proudly advertise vegan and beef dishes, but arriving there they didn't even have a single non-meat dish on the menu (except Apfelstrudel). After some discussion, they offered me a single veg. option, salad with vegetables and walnuts, which I would have refused if I had known it costs 16€ ... no bread extra, no cheese or tofu or anything. I also saw and tried other dishes, and the high prices are absolutely not justified for the presented quality. A colleague of mine was charged 4€ more than what the prices on the menu were. They probably overcharged many of our group, since usually nobody bothers to double-check the menu. All in all, it was a very disappointing experience.
V	Vanilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent kitchen when everything functions optimally. Timeliness is a big issue, as is serving hot dishes. Unfortunately, only one vegetarian main dish is available, although the restaurant advertises itself as being vegan. Some staff are very professional, others less so. Highly recommend the terrace in warmer weather.
