★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom are not usable and cannot be fixed. We mentioned the issue to them after first time my husband got shower in the afternoon and they told us that it has been fixed. I took shower at 9pm after a long day and it took me more than hour because I basically need to wash myself and save the room from flooding!!!! Very disappointing. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. A normal 4 starts hotel. Construction area around. You cannot reach top floor directly. You have to go down E and then go up again. Book with breakfast included as is 29€ extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor breakfast options. Coffee is low quality, i have better in gas stations. Not very clean in the lobby. In the room, the walls are visible marks. The fridge is not cooling and the windows are not clean. The view from 13 floor is amazing, but the quality of all the rest is far away from NH hotels or any Austria Trend hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are quite nice with good amenities. Unfortunately, they are not well maintained, parts of the bathroom were not usable and could not be fixed.
The employees are very friendly but the hotel is very much understaffed and in consequence overwhelmed and ineffective, which was quite frustrating for us.
The Level Lounge ist great, but only opened for a few hours per day. Breakfast was only average and not up to 5-star standards.
For a hotel of this category, I would have expected some sort of spa area, which they do not have.
Overall not an inconvenient stay, but for the amount of money they charge I am expecting quite a lot more effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I booked a hotel room as a surprise birthday present for my daughter who turned 18. The room was upgraded with a fantastic view facing the city on the 9th floor. It was my turn to be surprised when a chilled bottle of champagne and sortiments of desserts elegantly served as a compliment from the hotel. What amazed me the most was the excellent service of the staffs especially Ms. Maria Louisa at the reception. Perfect hotel in Vienna. Very highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only booked the Master Suite so we could use the Level Lounge. Upon arrival we were told it was closed and they sent an email (we never got an email and they also couldn’t show it to us). Without the level lounge the hotel is average at best. The breakfast room looks like a trainstation arrival hall, the beds (in the master suit) are uncomfortable and the food in the restaurant doesn’t come close to it’s price point (also our table was sticky and dirty when we got there). I’ve been all around the world but I’ve never been this disappointed in a hotel before (after reading all the great reviews). There are many truly great hotels in vienna but this for sure isn’t one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged for room at booking then charged me again at check in. Colleague had to pay for breakfast twice and then argue to get a refund. Hotel has a building site next door (DC2) which starts noisy works at 7AM. Air conditioning in room does not work, room was like an oven. No free water provided, charged me 4.50 for a Pepsi to quench my thirst after sleeping in the sweatbox.
Room was modern, clean and had it not been for the air conditioning and the double billing this would have been a 5 star review
