If you want, you can find a job yourself, it takes ... it's ok, the only thing that is usable from AMS - financial support, 18.83 euros per day - is not even enough to pay monthly fixed costs until you find a job .. .
A	Antal Toni Onodi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war ca 2,5 Monaten lang Arbeitslos. Habe nicht besonders viel erwartet, trotzdem war unzufrieden. Chaos, unkompetente Beratung, fast keine Bildungsförderungen oder sonstiges Hilfe - weit weg vom Optimal. Wenn Fehler machst, oder hast irgendetwas vergessen, bekommst ab sofort Strafe (na ja, muss mit die Budget spielen). Einzige Amt wo man Hilfe wartet... Wofür zahlen wir so viel Steuern??? I was unemployed for about 2.5 months. Didn't expect much, but was still dissatisfied. Chaos, incompetent advice, almost no educational grants or other help - far from the optimal. If you make mistakes or have forgotten something, you will be penalized immediately (well, you have to play with the budget). The only office where you can wait for help ... What do we pay so much taxes for ???

P	P S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich persönlich kann nur über eine positive Erfahrung berichten. Ich war ohne Termin dort, um mich zu informieren, die Dame am Schalter war sehr freundlich und hat mich in den entsprechenden Wartebereich verwiesen, und mir auch den Namen der Person genannt, bei der ich dann aufgerufen werden würde. Nach relativ kurzer Wartezeit, vielleicht 10min, wurde ich auch schon aufgerufen, und der entsprechende Mitarbeiter konnte meine ganzen Fragen zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit beantworten. Ansonsten ist es ein eher kleines AMS, aber ich würde sagen mit allen eingerichtet was die Wartenden benötigen, Terminals um gegebenenfalls selbst etwas zu suchen oder nachzulesen, obligatorische Kaffeeautomaten etc. Vorsicht nur falls jemand mit dem Auto hinkommt, Parkplätze sind zum Teil rar, und zum größten Teil handelt es sich dort um Kurzparkzonenplätze. I personally can only report a positive experience. I was there without an appointment to inform myself, the lady at the counter was very friendly and directed me to the appropriate waiting area, and also gave me the name of the person with whom I would then be called. After a relatively short waiting time, maybe 10 minutes, I was called up and the relevant employee was able to answer all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Otherwise, it is a rather small AMS, but I would say that everyone has what they are waiting for, terminals to look for or read something themselves, mandatory coffee machines, etc. Just be careful if someone gets there by car, parking spaces are sometimes scarce and most of them are short-term parking spaces.
